I've been reading some media and it seems that the powers that be (Gazprom), already decided and took it upon themselves that UPL and RPL will be joined. All I have to say to that is.... WTF??!?!?!
Why would I read a Russian sports publication? Russian football is of very little interest to me. The only time I'll watch Russian teams play if they're playing in EL or ECL.
The publication is of no importance, what is is that you're about half a year late to the party. It's all good though gawd.
As it stands right now - it ain't gonna happen. Many things need to change before this project gets off the ground.
