Higuain was always playing second fiddle to Benzema or whoever, and he was put up numbers as second string forward BETTER than Rooney's. In their respective position again, I would take Higuain any day of the week, he get passed players, he can finish, he has good off the ball movement, he is quicker than Rooney, better AWARENESS (probably the most important attribute) better first touch. Rooney beats him in passing ability that is about it.

Err same can be said about Chicharito and you. See his numbers whether in Club football as 2nd/3rd choice striker or International football. His in the box movement is amongst the best, if not the best in the world right now plus he gets a lot more decisive and clutch goals than Higuain. Higuain beats him in other areas and overall play somewhat, but it's a pretty valid comparison. I'd take Higuain over him but they are certainly both at the same level.
