Anyone know whether the Bundesliga games on GolTV Espanol are called in Spanish or English?

So, what it seems like you're saying is that you don't necessarily need to get Gol TV English in order to get the German games in English?

Directv has GolTv in their spanish package in SD - the games are in english with a spanish SAP option

Exactly. It's default is 'english' but the SAP button can turn it to spanish.

Fios once mailed me a letter that they were going to take Gol TV away when they added BeIN Sport. I just put on my TV and I get Gol TV in Spanish only. I've never watched the Eredivisie and Altidore doesn't play in it anymore.

I bet this is a programming exchange deal between Gol and ESPN. I expect Bundesliga matches on ESPN3 as well as Deportes(maybe even ESPN, Bayern are hot stuff right now.)

I can't get Gol OR Fox Soccer Plus at ANY price on Comcast. We also won't be getting Fox Sports 2.

Of course ESPND doesn't make it easy on the eyes with the 24/7 crawl and the non-HD.

I would not be happy at all if Bundesliga moves from GolTV to ESPND.

I thought Fox held the rights to the Eredivisie. How would ESPN be able to do any deal for the Bundesliga? I could be wrong but that's just what I gathered from others around BS.

No, ESPN has been showing Eredivisie for the last several years. Usually a single game every Sunday morning on Deportes.

I read somewhere also that fox had worldwide rights to eredivisie starting this season. Wonder how espn and gol tv ended with it.

Fox owns Eredivisie (51% of it anyway). They do not own worldwide rights. Big difference. Any rights that were already in place (like ESPN's) stay in place.

In the future, Fox has the choice of distributing the league through their own channels or selling the rights like anybody else. Personally, I think that depends on the future of channels like FoxSoccer-Plus.

I get Bein. I get Gol TV on channel 1523 but not channel 313. Fios's website list of channels on the sports pack does not include Gol TV.

Fios's website description of FS+ thinks they have Serie A. Can somebody contact Fios to fix this? I didn't find any way to e-mail them.

I have no idea why but I get Goltv on 313 on FiOS. I thought it was because I have the sports pack and sports pass to get Bein and whatever the hell else I get.

According to goltv commentator Juan arangos twitter, goltv will be showing the Portuguese league this year in addition to eredivise, which was already posted on here.

well just maybe goal tv might make it and not die if they do get the Portuguese league that's 3 good
Leagues add in the stuff from SA still there is a problem of that the leagues they would have bring in low numbers compared to the other leagues but still good news.

Holy shit! At this point, every league that I try to catch each week is going to be on tv this season. EPl on NbCSN, La liga, Ligue1, Serie A, Championship, and RPL on bein. Bundesliga, Eredivisie, and Liga Sagres on Goltv and SPL on FS+! Thats really cool to hear. Hopefully BEIn does the right thing and shows 1-2 of the matches from each of their leagues.

I was wondering this, since Comcast doesn't have the current Fuel channel. But did you hear something official that FS2 won't be on CC?

I have not heard anything official. I think our only hope is if enough college football gets moved there to create a demand. Otherwise, I am going by the fact that FS+ has never been available to us at any price. My fear is that the fact NBC is running the show will really work against us.
