Franco Panizo seems pretty confident after talking to Petke today that Lade will start at left back. Big chance for the kid.

HUGE chance for Lade. Honestly I wouldn't have given him another look for a while based on his mediocre Open Cup game.

Chance for him to show where he's at vs. 1st team talent and make his claim to start.

    No pressure. ;)

Ugh, feel bad for Heath. Tough situation to be injured at the end of your contract. Heal well Heath!

Well it looks like Miazga will make the 18 and seeing as how Sekagya hasn't been signed jsut yet...

Tell you what. Miazga better be ready for his chance. Cause if Hulk or Olave go down he's gonna get it.

You have to figure olave will miss a game or two due to injury or card stuff so we have to get a real CB.......

That prove my point of why we have to try our youngsters, not five minutes but games lots of minutes in case we need them later..... Now every body want to sign Sekagya that hasn't demonstrate anything just yet, the quick fix are not recommendable we have to develop players that is the name of the game.... I never give up on Pearce because he has been a excellent back and that can't be forgetting or loosed fron night to morning, something was going on and now we find up that was his hip, now the question is, the "Chiquis" ex-Coach of the Chivas have some knowledge about this...or what?....

Looks like he'll play with Dax in the center and Cahill will play striker with Henry.

Maybe we can finally get somebody on the end of all the crosses that Steele and Juninho have been playing in this season.

I feel a bit bad too, because I've been hating on him this season as well. It explains his mediocre playing. But dang, he should have figured this out much earlier. At least we have the opportunity to fill the gap now.

WRONG! Rafhinha drank Red Bull all the time and that is how he gained his ability in soccer. Thus he was developed by Red Bull.

The smart thing to do, but if in case the kiddo don't perform as expected, don't throw him to the wolfs, remember that he has been hurt and out of the game for several month now and he will need time to come back....

He maybe will be on the line-up, but playing, I don't know about that....

Like every one here I wasn't know what was going on with Pearce and in defending him I was thinking that his poor performance it was do to the frequently switching of position, because in reality a player of his caliber can't disappear like that in the peak of his career, now we know he was playing hurt for more than two years and I feel bad for him, but at the same time, what the fu*ck the training and health personal of the team are doing any way....

One thing comes to mind. I'm reading that he decided on his own to get surgery. This fact, and the fact he came to us with this issue (obvious from his poor playing and the comments about his being in pain after every game), I really believe that Heath Pearce might not have been forthcoming or honest with the training and medical staff. A doctor can't help you if you don't tell him what is going on.

So, while I will excuse his crappy play, I am finding it hard not to be a bit pissed off the way he handled this. My guess is that he kept silent in order to get the big contract, knowing full well Red Bull would probably have passed on him if his injury was known. Now, his getting surgery without any input or involvement from the RB medical and training team have me wondering what else he is hiding from them.

Finally Espindola with few touches, and see what a difference! some very good and quick combinations with Henry and the team mates.

Still we are unable to create a very good clear chance though.

Not a bad half. Lade has done... well. I am guessing that he is still trying to get used to the speed of MLS again. He will get there.

Attendance is pretty good today except in those seats on the west side as always.

Alexanders inability to shoot is getting really ridiculous. He beats everyone and then turns around.

Henry does not look that sharp today but at least he looks like he cares.

After a weak start, both Lade and Barklage have been more effective on offense than I would have expected. Holgersson and Olave look good as usual.

Espindola and Cahill are doing well as usual. I am not as down on Espindola as everyone else has been. Can't complain about McCarty, Steele or Robles either.

Not pretty so far, but not too bad. Would feel much better with a goal though.

Nice to have more production from the wings, Alexander finally plays an incisive pass and look what happens.

Holgersson and Lade struggled a bit, luckily we have Olave who could clean up just about any mess.
