I thought today was tomorrow, and was really excited to see the game tonight

Even if he hates Ohio, I think Rolfe should be benched for this game. Klopas is free to say he just needs a rest between Colorado and the Open Cup, and we can finally try to put somebody up top who actually is involved in the game. My vote would have been for MacDonald, until that 'performance' Wednesday, though he couldn't really do any less than Rolfe has been doing. Santos or Amarikwa could do it too. Or put Alex up top, and Lindpere in the middle.

I would start either Amarikwa (f*** Yeah!) or C. Bone over Rolfe...he needs a break...

Here's a song for Rolfe (sung to the tune of Bacharach and David's "Alfie")
    -------------------------------------------------------
    What's it all about, Rolfie?
Is it just for the moment we live?
What's it all about, when you sort it out, Rolfie?
Are we meant to take more than we give?

Klopas has chosen to rest 2 of our best 3 players from the last game, putting Lindpere in for Nyarko, and Pause in for Alex....Paladini also replaces Larentowicz.

Is Klopas actually rotating? Maybe we suck so bad he doesn't consider the team to be professional athletes any more.

Edit: all three of those are on the bench, so they aren't injured....

Rolfe, Magee and Segares should have also been on the bench for this match

Looked like no contact at all on that PK. Oduro jumped over him.

Never touched him. Why didn't Johnson complain?

So much for Oduro still being liked in Chicago...Oduro absolutely went looking for that. Johnson was down way before Oduro was there, no reason he wouldn't have been able to avoid him if he wanted

Lots of chances going wasted in the minutes after that PK....we need to convert

Just rewatched the "penalty". That was a dive, unless Johnson clipped him with his hand one Oduro's foot. However, Berry should not have let the ball careen off his shin.

Why are they playing Paladini and Pause in central midfield?

Edit: Well, I guess that answered my question. Larentowicz on for Logan Pause.

Pause out, Larentowicz in......looks like Pause picked up a knock.

    Decent shot by Big Red.

Based on the fact that Alex, Larentowicz, and Nyarko all started on the bench, I think the Paladini-Pause pairing was simply to try and rest before the Open Cup game.

However, Duka has been our most "creative" midfielder so far with Alex and Nyarko out. This match could be dull in the attacking half

I would really like to see something out of Lindpere and Duka tonight.

One of them needs to step up.

Palidini is showing why he is not a first choice in the midfield

What the ****, Rolfe? Magee gives you the ball in the box and you run 15 yards backwards?

Two weak chances by Duka, but chances nonetheless.

So far this game has made me really glad the Open Cup game was postponed. Their first team is tearing a defense apart
