I don't keep track of the France and German leagues, but do watch international friendlies. Is there anyone out there, who can keep rookies intact to the tune of 270 mins without giving up a goal. Add O'Hara and forget about it.

Great match up with KC. You can count Renae out the game already. They play on a fast track surface, but I don't see an advantage this week. Again, if they fall behind similar to the WNY game, I don't see them getting back in the game against SB.

Sky Blue FC’s back line of Caitlin Foord, Coco Goodson, Kendall Johnson and Christie Rampone haven’t allowed a goal in their last 270 minutes – a performance that helped earn Rampone NWSL Player of the Week honors for Week 6.

She may not be the best overall at 38, but I don't see a better CB out there in the world, should have won a FIFA of the Year at some point. No real drop off in pace, so she will be captaining the WC team.

Another game, another shutout. I'm not the world's biggest Coco Goodson fan, but you can't argue with three straight shutouts. I don't see a team out there that can beat our women right now.

I actually think Goodson's playing well. Having the experience of Rampone next to her is a big reason why, but I haven't seen too many mishaps from her. SkyBlue's defense, even without O'Hara, has been exactly as strong as most people thought it would be before the season started. Of course I'm still scratching my head over how bad they looked in their loss to WNY after shutting them down in the first game. Did they just have an off night? Can't wait for the game on the 8th to find out.

I don't know... she just seems slow and lumbering. I mean, you want a big body there at centerback, but you also want some speed. Then again, Cameron's forays off of her line have my blood pressure spike about three, four times a game, and the team still has a 0.50 GAA. Guess that's why I'm here in the cheap seats...

It sure as hell wasn't on Saturday. Coco was brilliant - absolutely brilliant. No Christie, no Kelley, no Sophie, no problem.

The reality is Goodson has excelled at every level she's ever played.
She's more than holding her own at this level.
