Thanx for the healthy laugh ... I almost fall off my chair. I just gave you some reputation points for it.
no disrespect mate.... I just could not resist.... actually I admire him (until he palyer DIM 2003 and ONce Caldas 2004) .....Besides, as a person he is very cool person, as player he deserves to be there, instead of caballero. chill out.....those were game comments in the middle of total euforia! I will give you some rep points for that! gave me some, I do not how this other guys do it to solicit nipples! have fun! enjoy the 6-1
prove it was fake what do you have against honduras they beat brazil fair and sqaure you cant say anything about that...
I think he means that the whole Copa America 2001 was fake. Brazil sent a "C" team and Argentina didn't send a team at all. The whole tournament was second rate.
well, i will defend by saying that we had a ************ goal keeper. IF we had Cevallos, even Espinoza who was on the bench, things wouldn't be this bad. And no, Ecuador is not a bad team! We beat Colombia, who beat Argentina last week, and we had other historic victories. Argentina is a great team when they want to be, and tonight, they wanted to be, and I'm sorry, but if we had the right players, I am 100 percent confident that we would have put up atleast a decent battle! I hope that crap gomez gets fired! he is not using our best players, and no KAVIEDES!!!
No pund intended, right! defending champs still alive.... Host team was not too strong yesterday, was it? we have not seen brazil yet.....so do not hand out the copa to first good grp of player you see!
no it wasnt brazil sent a "B" team with bery good players its argentinas fault they didnt send a team there barely 8% of conmebol there are more teams in conmebol than just argentina the way they were playing it was no big loss... anywayyyyyssssssssssss we won fair and sqaure...
no one was playin with delgado, it should have been kaviedes with him! and for the record, i seen a dude from Peru say he doesn't like Ecuador! Well guess what, we don't like ya either! Hope Colombia rips you up, just like they did last time. And Venezuela.
and colombia didnt bring there best team....and urgauy didnt bring there best team and mexico didnt bring their best team your point is ???
Beautiful! It is about time that we play to our potential, at least for a half. I thought the team played well, other than Chelito who seemed to be out of form. But Saviola finally played as I've seen him play for the Gayinas, and I hope he earned the starting spot at centerforward. Goodbye Crespo. D'alessandro also played well, but it was a team effort. It helped that Ecuador played poorly in the first half and then quit after Saviola's first goal, but I will take it. And what an awesome goal was Saviola's first! I hope it builds his confidence up. If he and D'alessandro step it up it could be the beggining of something great. I hope bielsa doesn't ******** it up somehow.
I wouldn't call this a chat. It's a forum. There's a difference. Chat rooms are instantaneous line by line. Forums you have to keep hitting reload. A chat would be way better during a game.
................................................................................... No,D'alessandro is too good!! he set- up almost every play!! No. 10 shirt is taken!! Killy had his best game in a long time and Saviola just told Barcelona, 'Don;t replace me yet'!!
It was nice to see Argentina doing more than simply cross-after-cross-after-cross (although a few of these worked very well late in the second half). Even though they only scored one goal in the first half, they look a lot more aggressive than they have in a while. As good as they looked last night, the team should be pretty solid once Aimar and Samuel are back. I would also like to see Tevez in place of Delgado. Does anyone think Cavenaghi will be incorporated into the team by 2006? As much as I would like to see Argentina win this tournament, it might be more beneficial to play poorly and force Bielsa out.
I disagree. Ecuador was total crap!!! What a sorry goalkeeper, Hurtado and Espinosa gave away balls like they were in Christmass, and were easily outworked by Saviola. Chala, Ambrosi and Ayovi didn't have a clue of what to do with the ball when they had it. Obregon was doing a fair job on D'Alessandro until the whole team got disconnected and fell off the cliff. You can save Salas and Delgado that put some pressure on Argentina's defence, but oh God, Ecuador was not even close. They looked afraid, confused, clueless. Argentina got control of the whole game, but I didn't see anything special until after Ecuador's goal, when they decided that they would not take crap from a sorry a$$ team and proceded to kick their butts. And after the third goal, Ecuador just gave up and allowed Argentina to score at will. Argentina could be a good team, but this Ecuador is not a fair measure of their potential!!! They could be a lot less, they could be real contenders, but we'll have to wait until they face a real team to make our conclussions. And I have the feeling that the Argentinian players have had enough from Bielsa, that somehow a change is needed, but that's not excuse to underachieve.
No, no, no!!! I am as unhappy with Bielsa as the next fan, but lets not get obsessed with him to the point that we start wishing for failure. It is very important for Argentina right now that D'alessandro and Saviola assert themselves as starters and begin to gain confidence to become difference makers and take leadership roles in the team. We have to hope that what started well against a poor side (as Ecuador was last night) continues to develop until these kids become the cornestone of the team. If this helps Bielsa to hang on, so be it. A question for fans and armchair coaches: Do you think it would it be realistic and effective to have Aimar, D'alessandro, Tevez and Saviola in the same starting lineup? If so, how would you play them?
