We need to hope they work well and can push it through. The fact of the matter is Pallotta is not the first man that has tried to build a stadium in Rome. At the very least I hope they have accounted for the possibility of seeing the project stalled and delayed over the course of multiple years.

Bologna was playing this summer a friendly match with a local team in the little town where I am going on summer vacation (Novigrad). I shaked hands with Pioli in that match and he seems pretty nice as a character. And of course I liked his aproach to the game even he was playing against a much weaker team.

I took a few pictures from that game

    Bologna happy to keep Pioli
    By Football Italia staff
    [IMG]
Bologna director general Roberto Zanzi is delighted to have convinced boss Stefano Pioli to sign a new contract at the club.
The 47-year-old was starting to be linked with a host of bigger Serie A sides until he committed his future to the Rossoblu until June 2015.
“It was only normal that the bigger teams were keeping him under observation,” Zanzi commented. “But we confirmed him because we believe in him.”
Pioli, formerly of Chievo Verona and briefly Palermo, moved to the StadioDall’Ara in October 2011 after Pierpaolo Bisoli was sacked.
Bologna, who entertain Torino this weekend, are currently 12th in the table thanks to 36 points from their 30 games so far.

If we can´t get anyone who has merits, I want Di Francesco. Just because he represents Zemanesque football.

Maybe the Pellegrini option could resurface in the summer, I think he's a consummate professional and that's why he didn't entertain our offer mid-season also I think he's taken Malaga as far as he can.

I'm not sure who I want to be the manager next year but after assessing AA from a few games I don't think he'll be offered the job.

The only non-serie A experienced coach I would want is Pellegrini otherwise i want someone who has coached in Serie A before e.g. Allegri.

Pellegrini surely has much bigger offers and clubs after/available to him after this run with Malaga.

So with most of our reported targets unavailable, do we take a chance on Panucci or Di Francesco or would it just be better to stick with AA?

I'm kind of steering towards camp Allegri. Hopefully he's tired if Berlusconi butting in and making him out to be a fool. He might not be the most charismatic coach, his turning Milan around is to be admired. He's fond of the 4-3-3, which I am also fond of. And he doesn't mind playing youngsters, which seem obligatory since I'm sure we will sign nothing but YouTube phenomenon in the summer anyhow.

Allegri is my first choice as well. Galliani seems keen on keeping him however.

I have seen enough of AA, and I think he is a simple caretaker doing his best. His team is slow, undetermined, and boring to watch. DDR's long passes suck, build-up is too slow, and toothless on the counter attack. Yes, we don't take as many goals but we aren't scoring them either.

IMO, this is the last coach Sabatini/Baldini will pick so I wish them the best of luck.

He says he'll discuss his future at the end of the season. I think Abramovich will make him a very good offer, better than Florentino Perez's.

Personally I don't see what Mourinho has to win from going back to Chelsea. Their owner was pretty disrespectful in how he treated him. Why go back to Chelsea to that person. He won the league with them. He won the cups. The only thing he could accomplish is to win the CL with them. I think Mourinho is a smart man and in my opinion he has more to win joining another team. I say that he will be the next coach of Manchester City. A club that can give him the wages he is accustomed to and the transfer funds he expects. In going to Manchester City he can add another set of trophies under another club which would hold more weight.

Abramovich was disrespectful to him but he is desperate now for a good coach and I think he will try any means necessary to get him back. Mourinho to Man City could happen but I think Mourinho wants the Man Utd job in a few years and if he manages city then that seriously damages his chances of managing at united one day. Jose loves the premier league and I think it's the right time for him to return to chelsea and it's not like he has to revamp the squad, they have great talent there it's just Rafa benitez & Chelsea aren't a good combination for obvious reasons.

To me that's just crap United fans say. If you have to choose between United and City and this point in time everything points to City. They have the base to become the dominating club in England. United might have their history and Sir Alex has built one heck of a legacy. However the dynamics of power in the Premiere League have shifted tremendously in the last 10 years.

Depends on ffp. If mancity gets away with it, which they probably will because of their financial strategies outside of player acquisitions.

Manu however can pretty much do whatever they want I think. They profit so much
