One of the main selling points is that he plays better centrally than he does outside.

I would ask him if him playing centrally, matters more than the team winning.

If the answer is yes, then you bench him and start Duka.

He hasn't been very good at playing centrally and that's really why we've looked like shit. We keep being overrun in midfield and the other teams central players have way too much time on the ball.

Toja tores us apart and so did Juninho.
I'm seriously scared about what Zusi will do us.

This is exactly, Pause's forte. He pressures the other teams players and he always hustles back so that we're not killed on counters. Larentowicz can't do it by himself, he's no makelele.

Seriously, name one positive thing about Lindpere in the first two games? He had a real breakaway chance and instead of shooting he passed the ball rather meekly. This isn't the Lindpere I saw play with NY. I guess Hans Backe wasn't a total idiot, because he knew where Lindpere belonged.

Duka sucked donkey balls last week and in case you missed it.. is about Second division talent at best... You play Lindpere where we wants just needs to be more aggressive in that roll buy leading the team.. taking more shots playing more directly..

strange how big of a free pass Nyarko is getting here... he was by far the most significant factor in the offensive break down in MF.Much of the problems from Joel were in result of Nyarko's troubles on the Right. This is all directly related to the one huge glaring problem on the field and that is Right back.
Ive said it half jokingly before, but Im to the point where Nyarko may be the most sound choice to slot in there, its not like he is uber dangerous around the box, and as a RB his role will only alter slightly. He knows the defense as he has to coordinate with Anibaba the last few seasons.

I also dont buy the arguement he is to small or he cant win possesion or tackle. His skills are plenty there and size really isnt to much of factor for a Wing Back type role. His most dangerous assets-his speed , endurance and timing are exactly what are needed from a wingback. He's not a great crosser but , if he isnt good enough to play WingBack cause of his cross he shouldnt be playing RM either.
My strange 2 cents for the day.

God I hope Paladini somehow channels his amazing form from my FM 2013 game in this one.

Amarikwa makes the bench, as does Jumper. Atouba not listed on the bench, but Paladini is listed as on both lineup and bench. Hopefully they meant Atouba on the bench...

Edit: MLSSoccer shows Lindpere on the bench, whereas the Fire twitter does not. Looks like Atouba didn't make the 18...

  14. Hard to imagine he will be worse than Lindpere was the first two games. The job is still Lindpere's to lose, but Paladini rates a run out here.

So part of the KC game plan is to rape Rolfe at every opportunity.

These matches have been very good the last few years. There are 200+ Fire fans in KC right now. I think there were about 12 in Foxboro at the end of last season. Fire fans spend so much time putting them down as "little brother" and saying its not a rivalry. I think its time to embrace that that kind of belittling is exactly what creates a rivalry.

Still no possession, relying on the counter attack.
