Are you talking about the iOS app? Can't you go into the settings and hide the scores? (Turn "Hide Scores" to "On"?)

I'm at work now, I can't look. But I wouldn't think going to the "Scores" section would hide the scores.

My Dad does the same thing. But, he has two 30 inch flat screens. It's actually useful when two games are on, whether same sport or other.

Try it when you have a chance. On the iphone app, when I go to "scores" it shows all the games, but no scores. I click on a game from last weekend, it again does not show the score, and gives the option of watching the replay, condensed game, or highlights.

LOL thanks I purposely avoided that so I would not see the scores of the games and did not think to look there, I always clicked the video link.

No it does not show the scores, but it does give a description of the Highlights, which does give it away if you don't want to know the score. For example if you click on the Crew game you can click the full game, highlights, and then under that gives a description of what happens in the Highlights and when it happens. Goal: Oduro blazes on break(Highlight: 1:11). Is there a way to turn that Off so I don't see that and ruin the game I would like to watch. I don't need a description of what's in the Highlights.

yeah, the only way around this right now is to use your hand to block the lower half of the screen. The links for the replay are always on top so just cover everything up and slide your hand down until the link for the condensed game is visible.

They really should just separate the highlights from the replays so that they don't both show up.

yeah as other have said, just go into your options and select hide scores. All scores are blocked on the Scores page. You will just see how much time is left in each game but not other stat.

I had a good experience with MLS Live the first weekend, but I wish the archived games on the iOS devices were available sooner. I get that the video player for iOS doesn't support the same DVR functionality that you get on the PC or Roku versions where you can start watching a game from the beginning at any point in time, even while the game is still going on. As far as I know on iOS you can either watch the game live or wait until it's completely finished and the full match replay goes up, but it was taking almost 2 hours after the game ended for the replays to be available. I know this has probably been asked several times but is there any word on a possible XBox app that would have the same DVR functionality as the Roku app?

I've downloaded the MLS Matchday 2013 app for my Android smartphone but when I went to do so for my Kindle Fire, it was not available. When I searched the store, it did offer me the out-of-date Matchday 2012, so I know they developed the app for the Kindle platform. Any ideas?

You can "side load it", I was able to on my 7" Fire HD, though I haven't actually tried the live streaming yet, I'll try that out and report back.

You'll need to get the .APK file.

Then turn on outside app loading on your fire.

There are a lot of tutorials out there to tell you more or less how to do this.

Will it still work on a regular Kindle Fire if you just use the web browser like I always have?

Thanks! Somebody else mentioned that earlier. Apparently I'm not the only person too scared to click on the scores tab when I want to watch an archived game, even with the Scores pref set to off. You might consider changing that tab to something like "Games" or similar instead of "Scores."

    Thanks, again.

Anyone have trouble with MLS Live on Chrome? The control bar (play, pause, etc) doesn't appear for me sometimes in the small screen and never in the larger screen.

I can watch on Firefox (and usually just watch on Roku), but anyone see this and have a solution? I'm assuming I'm missing some plugin...

Apparently Puerto Rico is not a part of the United States. I'm in PR for work and the MLSLive site is telling me You are accessing this page from a restricted territory.

MLS LIVE is not available outside of the
    United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Ugh, was watching a live stream on my computer, and when I went to watch highlights on my phone, it logged me out! So I'll stay logged out by default on my phone from now on.

I asked before why the stream quality would fluctuate between poor to great and I took the speedtest.net test...what numbers are considered "good"?

I can't comment on MLS live specifically, but 3-5mbits is a good minimum for most streams.
    What are you getting?

By the way this now last weekend Toronto/KC game on Direct Kick was using the SportsNet (Toronto) broadcast. Oh and it was available in HD on Direct Kick (DirecTV). So... that kinda throws out the whole "no Canada broadcasts are available in HD on DirecTV" claim. ;)

BTW... To anyone complaining of the stream quality of MLS Live, it's possible it's not your internet connection. Your computer might be too slow.

As I write this, it occurs to me that should be obvious, but I just replaced my Mac this week, and I hadn't thought of the old one as "slow" or "sluggish". I thought it was more than fast enough. As for the problem of computers being outpaced by the internet a few years after you bought them, I thought we'd left that behind back in the early 2000's.

But now that I have my new Mac (which has at least twice the power of the old one), websites seem to load almost instantaneously, Netflix plays in HD, and MLS Live doesn't drop the streaming bitrate every few minutes. It appears the old machine was sluggish, I'd just gotten used to it and thought that was normal.
