How could one make his TV believe it is located in the US (and thus the MLS app on Panasonic is available), while being connected to a router in Europe?

I already have the MLS Live 2013 subscription (as I had all those years, since it wasn't officially possible anymore for non US/Can based folks) and I can make it work on a laptop with some help, however I have no clue on how to do it on the tv.

Just guessing (and certainly not having the technical know-how to provide a real answer), but perhaps the key would be making the router think it is in the US (if that is possible).

I'd guess that you need the router to direct to a US proxy directly. So something along the lines of this? http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Squid_Transparent_Proxy

If you have a router that supports DD-WRT firmware, you can use a VPN to tunnel your entire internet connection. PM me if you have questions.

    Devices that support DD-WRT

Just an FYI, this isn't technically legal, but they can't catch you.

Emailed the MLS Live support group asking why my account was not auto-renewed and what they could do to help me out renewing at the $50 price, here's the email response I got back:
WOW, awesome customer support you guys got there. So through no fault of my own they failed to auto-renew my account. The information regarding my card was not out of date and I had used the card information many times over the last 2 months. Even worse is that they made absolutely ZERO effort to contact me about my auto-renewal failure. So now I have to purchase a subscription for the full price because they had a problem? Such amazing customer service.

The new Matchday 4.0 app is available on iTunes.

At first blush there does not appear to be a lot different from the 3.0 app but perhaps more will be evident when the first game is available on Saturday

Has anyone tried MLS Live on the Android MLS MatchDay 4.0 app? I just noticed MLS Live is listed as a feature after @MLSFan123's post inspired me to check.

Thanks for the post, my MLS MatchDay didn't auto-update for some reason. I can log in to MLS Live just fine, but there isn't anything to view yet.

Apparently any teams 3 letters followed by 2013 works. HOU2013 worked for instance.

I wonder if it'll also be available on the Kindle Fire. Right now, I can watch the matches on the Fire's web browser, but an app would be much, much better.

Look up a couple of posts before yours.

Video looks fine in general, but as vividox says, it does not appear that there are any MLS Live videos currently available. It looks like a nice update to the app. It almost looks like they hired someone who knows what they're doing.

Yeah, it looks a lot better than last year. Watched a couple of videos and they looked great.

What were we told last season?

Finally match streaming on Android! The OS version has to be able to handle HTTP live streaming. Thank you MLS.

The update is dated today. I had finally uninstalled the app last week of course.

That MLS Live wouldn't be implemented on Android until the install base of 4.0+ justified it. And apparently that's happened. You need 4.0+ to get MLS Live on Android. The MatchDay app works with 2.3.3, but you're not going to be able to watch matches with that OS.

I think you're confusing MLS MatchDay with MLS Live.

Installed the app on my phone, tablet and vizio co-star Google TV. Two out of three ain't bad. Phone works, tablet works, vizio co-star does not work. I want it there more than the tablet or phone.
