Well he is due back over the summer right?

Maybe his next loan will be to a lower EPL team or a Championship league team to see if he can adjust to the more physical level.

    Exactly

Gonna be 22, no point in Chelsea keeping him. Should sell him to another Euro side.

It is normal for top teams, look at Chivas in Mexico they loan out players to a bunch of teams. But you are right, eventually he will fit in their plans or they will sell him off.

I think Uli should see about going to a smaller Premiership team or even Championship team on loan before coming back. Might as well try. He's still young.

Ulises just plays for a contract between Chelsea and Sabadell, he wasn't playing before, and suddenly he plays all games. I hope see him in the next season in a english team.

Mexican midfielder hopes for Chelsea consideration

Chelsea youngster Ulises Davila insists he is in no rush to complete his move to west London, and having been loaned back to Spanish Second Division side Sabadell, remains focused on his immediate future.
The 21-year-old attacking midfielder was snapped up by the Blues in August 2011, putting pen to paper on a five-year deal with the Premier League giants, and in doing so, became the first ever Mexican to sign for the club.
Davila spent last season on loan with Eredivisie outfit Vitesse Arnhem, but struggled to break into the first-team, making only three appearances during his time in Holland. This year, however, he has been sent to Spain to continue his development away from Stamford Bridge.
The Chelsea loanee scored his first league goal for Sabadell against Guadalajara in a 2-1 win back in September, following up with a brace against Recreativo de Huelva two months later.
With Davila now starting to impress with the Catalan club, the ambitious midfielder has set his sights on a call-up to Mexico's senior national team, believing that the standard is high enough to catch the eye of international selectors.
Davila has represented his country at youth levels, but now wants to make the next step before a permanent return to Chelsea.
"I'm going step by step," he told Mexican publication Record. "I must first have a good season to be considered to go to London.
"This (the Mexican team) is still my dream and I will keep working and taking steps to get these important things, I know what this requires."
The Mexican also spoke of his pleasure at adapting well to the European lifestyle - both in Holland and Spain - and thinks it will benefit him further when he comes back to England.
