I'm new to MA, and I want to come to Foxboro this season as a visitor's supporter when my club comes to town in the 2013 MLS season. Can anyone tell me, for when I'm able to buy tickets, is there a section of Gillette that is typically used for visitor supporters? I don't expect there to be many, but I don't want to intrude on your guys' turf too much!

No fear! There are 48,000 empty seats to chose from and you can decide one hour before game time whether you want to come to the stadium or not, because there is no line at the the ticket window! Definitely no need to order ahead of time.
Aren't they the most accommodating and flexible outfit you've ever seen?
You would not be intruding on our (Field) Turf

But seriously, if there are enough opposing supporters for their own section, they typically get placed somewhere behind the other net. They may even get a choice of exact location, as I've seen this section in different places for different games.

It really depends on how many other fans. Usually the smaller groups are put right above the tunnel entrance on the far end.

Thanks for the info. As far as I know, we're a group of three so far, and one of us just learned to walk. I'll figure it out as we get a bit closer!

You should post this info on the board of your favourite club to see if any of them will also be coming to the same game at Foxborough so you can order tickets with them.

book your plane, bus or rental car in advance.

But usually, some of us in the first 30 min before game time hang around the ticket area and there's almost always someone willing to give you a free ticket or buy one for $10. If all else fails, walk the 30ft to an open ticket booth and buy a cheap tick for $22 bucks.

One thing ALL REVS fans do NOT do...is sweat that there won't be a ticket available for the game!

This is not an indictment on your club, but you will be able to pick any section you want to sit in, day of game. Hell you may even be able to get an entire section to yourself if you are lucky!

    Where in MA you living?

You should swing by the Riders tailgate if none of your fellow SKC fans are making the trip.

You can just order the cheapest (category III) tickets and then go sit with your supporters - it's usually not too hard to sit wherever there's an empty seat.

Out towards Fitchburg, it's a pretty good haul. I'll keep that tailgate offer in mind, thanks a lot! I might in fact do the day-of purchase at the box office, because that early in the year, it's hard telling if the weather will be good enough to bring my toddler along.

And yeah, let me tell you, I would have been happier if Boulevard would have been our new kit sponsor. :)
