Actually while i'm on here, did anyone ever have the 25th Anniversary Morelia ULs?

I know they were only Indonesian made compared to the other UL model but how did they stack up in comparison? I've been considering some Morelia AF KR for ages, could be tempted now dosoccer is about to start international shipping again but i've just seen a pair of the 25th ULs in my size and got all nostalgic for the foldover tongue so i'm not sure which way to go now.

Not that i really need either though, my bigger concern is finding some new turf shoes but i cant find anything i like.

Yeah, assuming the conversion table I found was correct (Japan 26 == Euro 41 == US 8), these are a half size too small. Otherwise, I'd want them.

I see that dosoccer already has the orange boot available, any ideas on when the white/blue/neon yellow will be available?

My morelia 2's are currently waiting in customs so I dont know how long it will take for them too come. So whilst im waiting i was wondering how you guys keep the boots in good condition? What products do/dont you use?

i use a soft tooth brush to remove dirt/mud on both upper n sole
    remove the laces n insole
    wipe clean/dry with cotton towel
leave out to dry indoor, usually under a fan ;)
then apply shoe cream, i use mink oil and those sold by prodirect
stuff the papers tht came with the shoe n keep them inside the shoe box

Ordered a pair of the yellow/blue Morelia Neos to replace my green ones yesterday from PDS. Can't wait for them to show up, best boots I've ever worn.

I'll try to get some pics up when they get here.

So I've got a little problem. I ordered the estrela neos back in the beginning of August and have worn them 2-3 times per week since then (for 5 months). I have taken better care of these shoes than anything I've ever owned in the hopes that they would last fairly long. Despite my best efforts, they do not appear to have much life left in them after such a short period of time. I always wipe them down with a damp cloth and use either a leather conditioner or leather food to try and keep them from drying out. However, the outer edge of the right boot has continued to show more and more wear and keeps getting thinner. I now have noticed a small hole in that part of the boot about 1mm or so. I am assuming now that everytime I wear them the hole will only get larger until that part of the boot tears.

    My questions are:
    1. is there anyway to prolong the life of the boots and perhaps plug the hole (i know it won't be permanent but i need these shoes to last until I get another pair, they are my only boots at the moment)
    2. is there something else I should have been doing to take care of them?
    3. all of my boots end up splitting in that area, but none in less than a year and a half, I'm assuming because that is the part that stretches the most due to my wide feet and has the most force put on it when i cut on my right foot. Do the estrela neos run more narrow than other mizunos? Is there another boot that might be better suited for my feet?
    4. Anyone have any experience with the all synthetic wave ignitus? I'm wondering if the synthetic will last longer than the k-leather since it appears that the leather over-stretched.

Any help is appreciated and I can put up pics if that helps anyone

Put pics up. If you do have a wide foot, the morelia's are probably your best bet.

YAY! My morelia's have gone from "Awaiting Customs clearance" for 7 days to "Awaiting Customs Charging"... The suspense is killing me!!!! ATM It's cost me £101 to ship from The japan store, to tenso, to the uk. I hope customs isnt something ridiculous!!!

Interesting... I do see that tiny hole starting to fill up.

Have you tried going to a local cobbler to see if there is anything they can plug into the hole?

Edit: Has the stitching ripped on those parts?

Well no I mean for everything. Boots, shipping forwarding.

Also, Ill probably ask this in a couple of threads but I played on 3g astro today, first football activity in the past few months, in my sambas. Anyway, ive looked at my feet again and they are really bad. Ive got a couple hard blisters formed. One on the big toe and one on the ball of my foot which looks like it might be turning into a blood blister.

They're both on my left foot and im right footed. Does anyone else suffer with bad feet problems after football/sport? Ive tried various methods to fix it but nothing really works, even my trusox arent amazing, they stop any blood blisters but i often get the hard blister on the ball of my foot, similar spot every time. If people dont know what I mean by a hard blister I can upload a picture(IF NECESSARY) but i dont want anyone to freak out. Theyre not disgusting feet or anything...but some people just do not like feet

That's quite a good deal for you then!

As for the blisters I don't think the insoles in sambas are very good at all. They are very thin and provide next to no padding. Even though they are glued in I carefully rip mine out and replace them with a better one from a sports store. Before I did that I got blisters in them like you.

Do you know if there will be a future white release of the Morelia II? It only seems to be available in the TM version at the moment.

No way! I didnt think others would get the same problem as myself! I was speaking to a friend today and he said he got bad blisters, and described them in a similar place to where i get mine. So i showed him some old blisters i had and he then realised he didnt get proper blisters, haha.

Is there any UK based insoles people recommend for an average person? I dont want suggestions for insoles that are really expensive for marginal improvements? Ill be wearing Trusox with them anyway when i get my morelia's
