    Yep i went half size up too, beautiful boot but you got to watch the break in time

    What was the heel like? It doesn't seem like it would give a good fit

    From memory the mv 3 had this ridiculous heel padding which lead to blisters for the first few games but after that its a snug fit

    I remember using Vaseline on my heel as well as on the heel padding inside the boot for the first 8-10 wears. After that it was all love. :thumbsup:

    You can actually cut the blister prevention pad out it isn't hard to do. I never got blisters from vapors until the 3s and that was from the blister prevention pad ironically enough!

    Went to the Nike Factory store at West Brom earlier, picked up some Legend Elites in the white/green colourway for £87. Don't really need them but they looked too nice to leave in such a horrible town. They had pretty much all the sizes covered as well by the looks of things.

    Think they seem a little smaller than the standard Legends though so ended up getting half a size bigger.

    Oh yeah elites are far too good for West Bromwich!! :)

    I've been a bit disappointed with the outlet every time I've been in lately they just seemed to have loads of safari vapors which still seemed over priced considering it was supposed to be an outlet store!

    The best deal i got from there was a pair of the grey/orange colourway CTR elites for £28!! They came with the boot bag and everything which is quit rare for the outlet.

    They do look amazing - knowing our luck they won't release that colour, they will release like slime green and orange or something instead!

    SEE?! this is my problem with boot companies, when the pitches and playing conditions are effect, they decide to release black boots - when it's muddy and awful in the winter months they decide to bring out dazzling white boots. It's just a personal gripe lol.

    Its more the launch cycle, Andy Caine (chief designer) says they always launch with a bright colour to try and get the consumer to recognise and adjust to the new design from the get go

    Has any news concerning the Tiempo Legend V surfaced? Particularly a possible release window?

    I'm planning on picking up some IVs but I don't want to buy them and have the Vs release a month or two later.

    I cut out the pads on mine where I'd get rubbing. Completely fixed it.

    For me it's a snug fit at my nornal size. Perfect for me truthfully.

    So what difference to the Platinum ones as opposed to a regular VIII, aprt from ACC which we saw on the late colourways anyway?
