I know the Rafa's leaving NY articles will be here soon...thank u FS.

How long until we see the articles of him trashing/taking shots at MLS?

I say his first day being introduced down there.

Nice! I have absolutely no reason to root for Portland (or against them, really), but that is frickin huge. And a smart career move by Mix, I think.

If true genius move by Porter and Portland

Mix makes a smart career move. Though maybe it's best teams are not as good as Scandinavia''s best teams, MLS is better than Scandinavia top to bottom, with far better exposure

If Mix performs he will get big euro offers in a few years I would like to see Gatt at a team like RSL

It would be nice to get the chance to see more of them after how much is said about them on the USMNT forums.

So with this move I'm thinking that Mix wants to make a bid for 2014. This move will clarify Mix's standing versus other American midfielders.

I had never even heard of WyScout and Statbridge...

The ones who play in Europe who make up most of the national team? Those American midfielders.

Yeah, it sounds like Mix is making more of an effort to break into a Big Three league. We've proven a more visible picking ground than Norway.

The ones playing in the big four? No, he isn't quite at that level. He needs to compete with the bubble midfielders in MLS. Zusi, Feilhaber, Adu, Evans, etc.
