Wish we all knew. It is pretty clear where the body and mind return in the end, but the spirit is unquantifiable at this point. Well, in the end, religion was written by man, just claimed to be "the word" of God. But when you have scriptures saying that those that believe "differently" will go to hell, well, then there is your problem.

That is religion telling you that it is ok, and actually encourages you to kill those that see things differently than you do. So, yes...they speak of peace, as long as you do as they say and worship as they do.
