I called them and they told me they would NOT be refunding me anything. Here's the story: In the wake of the storm they issued a release saying the best travel options would be to take either the legends bus or the upper 90 bus (I'm looking for a link, but they have since EDITTED that release and removed those recommendations), so I bought a bus+ticket package through the Red Bulls recommendation. Went to the stadium, spent 8 dollars on concessions (could have easily been more), sat there for a couple hours watching paramedics, executives and youth players try to shovel snow in no particular organized fashion. They announced it was cancelled and to call 1-877-RBSoccer for refunds. I called them today and they said because I did it through Upper 90 they can't refund me anything (they're giving refunds and concessions vouchers to their account holders), and I called Upper 90 and they said they couldn't refund me anything either (they explained it to me that they were a ticket outlet and they weren't authorized to give me a refund because it's a team thing!). I'm FRICKED! Thanks MLS and Red Bulls! I hope you enjoy my money you didn't earn! I know everything you are talking about. I get all the emails and stuff they put out about that. I emailed them about maybe canceling my season tickets. They said they don't refund what has already been paid, but they could keep it on my account. If they blow off doing something for people who made it out, next season is my final season. I'll get cheap tickets by the game and move till I get a seat I want.
