It's not the first time in sci-fi. Even the Star Trek franchise has had two main characters who spoke with a southern accent. -G
Awesome! I did not even know it was back. I gotta keep an eye out for it. Is it still on the Cartoon Channel?
Indeed. I'm starting to lose interest in the series, if they continue with these episodes. FWIW, it may be time to leap forward, post Clone Wars/post Order 66.
My 6 year old son and I started watching this show back in November, but from season 1. We're now nearly done with Season 3 and so far both of us like season 2 better. Season 3 is less action and more character driven so far. Each season seems to have a theme. He's loving the show though, so in the end I guess that's all that matters.
Oh I know dude sick episode. I thought this whole season so far (the whole little wanna be general and the droids was boring and went too long), but this Deathwatch and crime family take over is entertaining. [R] I loved that we saw the emperor finally in action. Season two was sick as well. To me, it gets worse and worse as this goes on.
I may be wrong but I recall Disney saying they were going to phase all out of the animated Star Wars shows and focus on live action only. Or they were going to leave cartoon network or something.
***** that shit. I said this way back in the Manchester United forum, but I am happy that Disney will keep the movie and other things moving, but just do not mess with Clone Wars.
Clone Wars moves to Disney XD next season, or at least that's what Disney said. I assume that means season 6 is a go. I'm almost done with season 4.
Well, Disney/Lucasfilm officially cancelled Th Clone Wars about an hour ago. Strong rumors that all LucasArts games have been cancelled too.
***** Disney. Btw, any links? Edit - I googled this: http://insidetv.ew.com/2013/03/11/star-wars-clone-wars-canceled-detours/ *****! Fack!!! ******!
It's also on the starwars.com site http://starwars.com/news/a-new-direction-for-lucasfilm-animation.html
Well alight then - if ONLY they are doing some animated long term series in lieu of it. The Clone Wars developed stories that he movies never could get into and helped explain a lot of inbetween stuff. But, with the whole Droid thing this season, I know they wanted to go and do things "different", but it did feel like they just kinda ran outta ideas. But still... ***** Disney.
