Undoubtedly, fracture or dislocation. He'll be out at least til early 2013.

Feel gutted for Puyol. He only knows how to play balls out, but that was a freak injury.

We need to sign a CB in January and/or get Abidal back.

Best case scenario is that it's dislocated and he's out a few weeks but it looked real nasty so I'm not holding out too much hope. Man Puyol must have pissed off somebody well versed in dark magic because that guy just can't catch a break. Already 3 injuries this year.

I feel bad for you guys. I seen nasty injuries before. Prayers sent that Puyol recovers quickly and gets back on the pitch.

Best case scenario is a dislocation, which, IMO, it looks like.

That timeframe could vary. A university of Oregon running back had a similar looking injury last year and was back a couple weeks later.

Knowing Carles, he's probably asking the trainer to chop the damn arm off and stick a wooden club in the socket-EL CLASICO THIS WEEKEND JODER!

I hear ya. When Seattle lost Zakauni to a nasty injury we felt the same regarding the win.

    Gutted for Puyol.
I'd rather lost this game and have Puyol on Sunday.

Horrible match. Win is nice obv, but I dunno. Would've preferred a draw or loss tonight with no Puyol injury. :(

First reports are dislocation. So tentatively positive news (all things considered)

Its seems Puyol's body is falling apart as he's getting older.

...Maybe we should spend some money (six million..) in reconstructing his body...with some cybernetics :D

We can rebuild him....we have the technology!

Wonder if anyone will get that reference.....i may be too old.

Given other results, 2 more wins and Barca clinch the group I think.

I'm with you Steve A .... so do we rebuild him or put that $6 mm towards partial payment on a new CB?
