Good to see that Saint-Pierre and Miquelon entered again even after they got demolished last time.

I'd prefer to see Saint Martin. They are a CONCACAF member at least, and would put up a better show than SPM. A few years ago, the Saint Martin FA were interested in taking part, but I don't know why they weren't invited. Perhaps because their league covers 2 separate territories (Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy)?

Apart from that, there is also Wallis & Futuna from Oceania, but football seems to have gone dormant there.

Starts tomorrow, I would predict a Guadeloupe - Martinique final. Reunion could definitely challenge though, and aside from St Pierre and Miquelon (who I wish all the best, but I just can't see being competitive) all of the other sides can definitely compete.
