At this point, yes. It is a money grab. However, if these teams start to do well in CL or EL, then the game changes. I mean life is pretty darn good in Russia/former USSR if you have money and a benefactor.

It's such bullshit. Balotelli almost breaks Alex Song's leg in half, and no action can be taken because the assistant allegedly ref saw it and chose not to raise his flag.

How is this any diferent? Ref sees is, makes a decision. How can they overturn it if they can't punish Balotelli (for example)?
