Back in the U18 fold: MIDFIELDERS (11): Marco Delgado (CD Chivas USA; Glendora, Calif.), Matt Dunn (OFK Belgrade, Serbia; Dallas, Texas), Alejandro Guido (Unattached; Chula Vista, Calif.), Romilio Hernandez (Baltimore Bays Chelsea, MD; Lanham, Md.), Koty Millard (S.C. United Battery; Hopkins, S.C.), Antonio Murillo (Downtown Las Vegas Rapids; Las Vegas, Nev.), Adam Najem (New York Red Bulls; Clifton, N.J.), William Raygoza (LA Galaxy; South Elmonte, Calif.), Kristian Scott (Stoke City, ENG; Winterbourne, U.K.), Dillon Serna (Colorado Rapids; Brighton, Colo.), Stefanos Stemoulacatos (Empire; Camillus, N.Y.) http://www.ussoccer.com/News/U-18-MNT/2012/03/U18-MNT-to-Meet-for-Training-Camp.aspx
Unless he was released this summer Kris Scott is still at Stoke. Could we get the title changed to reflect that? http://www.stokecityfc.com/page/Academy/0,,10310~2764249,00.html
There is no Scott in the Chelsea U-18s according to this list: http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/chelsea-fc-u18/startseite/verein_6918.html Thirty-one names aged 15yr-19yr, and no Scott or American in the group.
how accurate is that? No Kris Scott in Stoke City U-18 either: http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/stoke-city-u18/kader/verein_14494.html
Scott is with the U18s and scored in a preseason friendly against Northampton a couple weeks ago. http://www.stokecityfc.com/news/article/under-18s-preparations-progress-282735.aspx
http://www.stokecityfc.com/team/under18s/ It says he is a midfielder. What is his exact position (RW, LW, AM, CM, please not another DM)?
Kris is indeed Kev's son, according to the club and the family. So too is Kyle Scott, a youth player at Chelsea, who I'm told the YNT setup is well aware of. Their mother is American (from Chicago).
Kyle Scott has been called into the US U15s for a camp starting today at the Home Depot Center. http://www.ussoccer.com/News/U-15-B...layer-Roster-for-Training-Camp-in-Carson.aspx
Both are injured. Kris, still with Stoke City, is injured judging by his Twitter. Kyle is with Chelsea and had suffered a broken leg in February. There were some rumors that Barcelona and Real Madrid were interested in him. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...cts-new-deal-Barcelona-Real-Madrid-alert.html Both are pretty active on Twitter.
Kyle - https://twitter.com/kylescott22 (Actually just returned to playing last week. Great sign.) Kris - https://twitter.com/KrisScott1
Signed for Swansea on deadline day. Goes into their development squad. Didnt like the travelling up from Bristol. Will be able to commute to Swansea now, I'd have thought Was called up to Ireland U19s squad, but missed the games with injury

http://www.thisissouthwales.co.uk/S...tory-19750901-detail/story.html#axzz2eRS7zVKB Swansea is a great move. They play nice soccer. Hoping this kid makes an impact for the U-20's in the next 2 years.
I have, indeed! Had a mighty fine time during my three-day stay. My experience may, admittedly, have been tinged by my nostalgia for their '90s music scene.
