Isn't there a rule that a team can't play with fewer than seven players?

You don't know what percent of the people and dollars from the USA come from USA fans who wouldn't come if we didn't qualify, what percent come from USA fans who would come regardless, and what percent come from fans of other countries.

Yes. FIFA would absolutely be fine with the United States not making the World Cup. It's idiotic to think that they would feel differently.
