Thank you....exactly my thoughts. I have no clue why that slow a$$ midget is on the team. Dude is horrible. Sure he might be "okay" in the Mexican league, but against teams like this, he is a liability. He's horrible.
I posted this question on another thread, but what do you guys think of Andrade? I don't like him one bit. I don't really know how to explain it but the dude is just too timid/not dynamic enough....in other words, I don't think he has the "killer instinct" to play at the International level. Am I the only one that thinks this?

Completely agree. The way the team is usually set up, the wingers need a great deal of pace and agility, something Andrade lacks. Plus, when he plays on the left, he becomes the poor man's Ashley Young. Always cutting in and crossing with his right foot.

    So.

If we beat Brazil - We beat their Olympic squad.

If we lose to Brazil - We lost to their Olympic squad.

    Lose lose situation.

It would just suck to lose, I see nothing wrong with beating their Olympic squad, that squad can beat plenty of first teams...

You can't look at it that way.

I would venture to say most of this squad will be the base for their World Cup Squad in 2014.

We struggled in 03 in the gold cup final against brazil's olympic team, so bad we had to go to over time in Azteca. So i don't see it as a lose lose

A win over Brazil is great regardless.

    Brazil is Brazil.
Just because there isn't allot of overage guys doesn't make it a great win.
If I was a betting man I would go with a 2-2 draw.
But I hope Mexico can pull off a win.

this squad we are going to face is also pretty deep. just off the top of my head, neymar, pato, hulk, marcelo, rafael, thiago silva.

how many countries can put out an olympic team of this caliber? granted they looked really shaky on the defensive end against the US.

Corona could possibly stamp the number one officially on his shirt with a good performance tonight.

Ochoa always seems to choke hard when real pressure is put on him, glad to see Corona. Hopefully for good.
