ticket delivery...??

My shipment was marked as signature required, but the UPS guy wound up just leaving them on the porch without waiting for me to come to the door and sign for them. If you have a tracking number, you should be able to see if it says signature required or not.

 

For some reason I've forget which tickets I've purchased.... So I won't know if I will get all the tickets, or if some is missing...... Where can I find the information? Since the portal is closed, inventory not avaliable to see.

 

Can anyone in the UK please tell me how you can track the shipment? I put my customer reference number in on ups.com but it doesn't recognise it

Try putting your UEFA Customer Number into the "Track by Reference" screen on the UPS site ?

 

Has anyone received Venue Series tickets yet ?

I've got my Individual Match tickets, but a mate is waiting on Venue Series - he's got no email, no tracking number, nothing... ?

It's more than 30 days yet to go for the tournament to start... You will all eventually get your tickets.... Neither me, nor my other friends has got any tickets yet. Reference number does not work either...... But it's chill... They said that they will start to ship tickets 10th May... and it's 9th May today..... No worries..... If you haven't got any tickets by 1 June.... well, then you have to worry.

 

Tickets arrived today. You won't be able to track your tickets until UPS receive them and then 24 hours later they arrive ... so don't panic.
Also got friends in Gdansk and Poznan who are waiting for venue series by the way.

 

Tickets in transit now, UPS delivery scheduled for tomorrow. I live in Czech Republic.

Wohoo, tickets delivered to mum's address(previously forgot I had to create another account after my first account got stuck) on Tuesday!

 

I am still waiting for uefa to tell me that my tickets are on the way!

 

I didn't get any notification at all, they just turned up.

I didn't get any email from UEFA, just an email from UPS with a tracking number.

The tickets arrived 24 hours later......24 hours and 13 minutes to be exact.

 

Is there anyone in the UK - or elsewhere - who has RECEIVED a set of tickets for a Donetsk Group Series (ie. all group games in Donetsk). One of my mates has had no notification of anything yet, so we're concerned if there is a problem.

Hello Rich. I've joined this forum for the answer to the exact question you just asked! I also paid for Follow My Team England (FINALS) Tickets I.e three tickets consisting of Quarter, Semi and Final. However I have recieved tickets for every group stage match too?! I don't know what to make of it, whether to amend my flights or what! It has the turnstyles, gates and seats on it and everything, so I can only assume I have an allocation???

I just re-read Rich's message and think I misunderstood. However if anyone has any ifno on my question too, please advise! I only applied for and paid for the Finals, however I have also recieved tickets for all of Englands group games, is this genuine or what?

 

I didn't think they did a follow my team just for the knock out stages? Surely it's either the group games only or the whole tournament (i.e. group AND knockout games which you have)?

 

Just coppied this from the Uefa web site. Looks like you mis-understood what you were buying!

Bear in mind that if you have a follow my team tournament ticket and England don't progress to the quater/semi/final you won't get tickets for those games!

 

France vs England can't even attract a 49.00 bid on ebay. Must be a lot of disappointed touts.
