Well done, guys. My LA Galaxy are honored to have faced the Premier League Champions at a friendly last year, won by you guys on penalties.

Enjoy it. It's been quite a journey these last 13 years. From Dickov to Aguero, what a ride.
    It could only be City.

I want to watch it, but don't want to eat up the bandwidth at work.

Over 100,000 on the streets, the city centre is painted blue and at an absolute standstill. Can't get down there as I'm busy with some work, gutted not to be there but was at the game yesterday so that kind of makes up for it. ;)

United fans seriously wound up about this. ;)

Of course the fan who made it and passed it to Carlos more than likely was applying some northern humour and replying to this Baconface comment from a couple of years ago...

    what does he care?
ManU fans hate him, villify him at every opportunity, F them. He loves it, trust me.

However ... Tevez is dumber than a bag of hammers, highly likely as you said that someone handed him the sign and he held it up.

Pretty dam funny if you ask me.

Never a dull moment following this team...

I was so gutted late in the game, more so for the older faces in the crowd who went through decades of this team and to be so close this year, it was tough to see them looking so gloom but those 2 late goals were absolutely amazing, you see the tears and joy from all those in the crowd. Memories that will last a lifetime.

Its funny MU fans found that offensive and disrespecful... Fergie is 70 years old and what he said after city win the title is "they're still 100 years behind us"

that's respectful ? haha... nice banner by Tevez, like you said he's so dumb that I dont think he can operate computer and checking news on internet but he got thropies everywhere he goes, he got the $$$ and he got the women.

I love the 100 years comment. United and their fans keep sounding like some other team that holds on to their past accomplishments... they also wear red.

Keep talking about the past Rags, soon enough you'll be living in it.

He said we're save and the club kicked him the next day lol, epic

as for Tevez , he never care what people said... he has been a rough person since he was born and will never change just like Maradona and his antics. The guy won Argentina first olympic medal, saving West ham from relegation, winning titles with Boca, Corinthians, MU & MC. Not just league titles but also libertadores, champions league and club world cup.

Mancini signs a new 5-year contract after being linked with Russia, best signing of the summer as far as I'm concerned. :)

Continuity is so important at this stage and the team will only improve with Mancio in charge.

Are City just waiting to see their rivals act first or are they not going to add much this summer to the squad, Stu?

I'm guessing that Mancini is trying to get rid of some players before spending, but I'm not too sure.

Two things have probably held up transfer business (incomings), firstly Mancini's contract and secondly the desire to get wages off the books. Bridge is off on loan for the last year of his contract, Adebayor is very close to Spurs move, and there's a desire on all fronts to agree a deal for Santa Cruz to join Betis permanently. I think we'll see some real movement soon.
