I propose that all Stanley Cup games start at 7:00 pm ET, so I can watch them in their entirety before I go to bed. Pietrangelo is the Blues #1 defenseman, he kills penalties, runs the powerplay and on a team that basis it's success on defensive solidity to protect mediocre goaltending, missing him is about the biggest hole one could dig.

Then you would have seen willie Mitchell's "hit" where he actually wrapped his arm around langenbrunner and maybe saved him from serious damage. langenbrunner is actually sliding sideways and is off balance before mitchell makes contact. the call was 2 minutes for boarding... princess-chiko wants a suspension. That is not really a suspendible hit. Mitchell doesn't really hit him, they get tied up and Langenbrunner simply can't control himself at that speed.
