Gomez requires so many chances to score 1 goal, maybe Barca should sign him(?).

You'd think Bayern are favorites now though. Most of their players rested last weekend.

Mourinho's teams have a terrible record in CL semifinal penalty shootouts. (2005, 2007)

Bayern defeated M'gladbach 4:2 on penalties in the semifinals of the DFB-Pokal (German Cup) this season.
Bayern's penalty takers were, in order:
    Alaba
    Ribery
    Lahm
    Kroos
Robben likely would've taken the fifth if it had been required.
Ribery has already been subbed out tonight.

F&^K yes, that will cancel out Messi's miss if Bayern wins, 4 WPOTY in a row back on track even before Crissy's Euro collapse?

but dam imagine the missing players from both sides ( chelsea+bayern) in the final , today somany players from bayern got the yellow which ensured that they would miss it

gona be an interesting final , itll be the same as the semi's , bayern will attack and chelsea will bunker , difference is bayern have somany tall players infront that could break those defenses along with thier wingers robben+ribery

From la decima to the decimated.

Looks like the Euro will probably decide WPOTY.

Wow, if only I was clairvoyant, the odds of a Chelsea vs. Bayern final had to be at least 12:1 if not much worse (before it all began 8 days ago).

I still think it will be one of the most hotly contested WPOTY/Ballon d'Or votes in recent years. Pichichi could factor in but Lionel clearly has more goals overall, more goals in CL, more hardware 3 or 4 trophies vs. Liga and possibly Euro (but that's unlikely). More assists for little man.

Love the Ramos sky ball, what was he even doing in the 5 slot?
