Jockeying For Position: Kit Thread Mark XIV

What do you guys think about hoop(red & white) socks? I think it'll be cool if they did that with a red shirt and white sleeves

 

More of what we've seen already of these supposed designs but this website is selling them anyway. I don't mind the away shirt but the American throwball looking home shirt is dreadful.

Those can't possibly be real. They don't look like they're cut anything like the usual Nike kits.

I hope I'm right about that. The home shirt looks like it should be United's.

 

Is it just me or is this one a little different than the ones we saw earlier in the thread? The white space between the red and black stripes on the sleeve is thinner.

That's always a good way to spot fakes, when different sources show little variations like this. Can't be official.

 

These shirts are most certainly fake. Look no further than the badges themselves. The first one, the cannon appears to overlap the inner striping of the crest. On the second one, that blue striping is even all the way around, not at all like the actual crest where it tapers in.

That said, are these fake representations of the actual designs?? I certainly hope not!

 

I'm fairly sure I already own that second shirt.

The first look at the new kits should be out soon as last year they were revealed on 2 May.

 

Just got a home "Vermaelen 5" and away "Song 17" in anticipation for this season garbage..... At a certain point, wouldn't Wenger take and stand and say, "No, my boys will not be wearing this shit"?

 

Well we don't know officially what they look like yet. I'm still holding out that the home grid-iron inspired ensemble above is not going to be used and the marketing knobs came to their senses.

I love the wider vertical stripes. This season's home kit has vertical stripes
that are just too thin for my taste, like the white away with Italian vertical Tri-stripe.

Not the worst. Despite the unusual use of black, it still looks like an Arsenal kit. Certainly the best part of the design has to be the model in front center.

not saying I like it on the home shirt. I kind of wish we go back to the black and white away kits one of these years, but thats doubtful

I dont like it on the home shirt. Should have stuck with blue.

 

Dreadful. Fits our dreadful play the last few matches though. We're doing our best to make sure you will only see this kit on weekends and Thursdays, though.

 

What a complete crock of shit, terrible job

 

At least we get to see RVP in next seasons kit at least once.
