It's [too bad] that there wasn't more publicity or highlights. In other countries you see this often enough. I saw the real Ronaldo score in December. Of course Drogba assisted though....haha.

Would like to know how Wynalda looked and wished Tab Ramos had suited up too. Many have forgotten how good he was

Wynalda was ... not in the best of shape. He was deployed on the left wing early on but it looked like he was saving himself for the end of the game - he did provide the assist to McBride's goal late. At halftime, it was a nice moment when he brought out his toddler for a kickaround and Jorge Campos pretended to play GK. After, you could tell Wynalda was pretty happy to have won, haha.

I would've loved to see Ramos, Earnie Stewart, Reyna, Balboa and even Keller out there as well.

But the best players on the night were O'Brien, McBride and Feuer. Lalas and Vanney did a solid job of preserving the shutout as well. I'm sure you could imagine Lalas having himself a good old time.

Well..........O'Brien should be the best player out there.

I believe he's still only 34 years old, and keeps himself in pretty good shape.

He's 4-5 years younger than Brian McBride for instance.

Yeah, no clue what started it. Almost had a fight break out in the section next to the AO fans towards the end of the match. Two people unrelated to us were having a friendly back and forth joshing, but someone else (drunk, of course), decided it was insulting and he started trying to goad one of them into a fight. His wife had to hold him down. -_-

Ah, sports and alcohol, they rarely mix well.
