Welcome, I think you will really like the boots, just don't get too disappointed if they get marked - they are worth it. appleCORR
i was going to gamble on the white as sports direct sell them for £100! didnt think they would clean!
Good to know about the marks! I really like the white ones but play on turf mostly, plus sports direct only have the mango in a 6 Will have to wait for money and a darker colourway then!
lol - ok, im wearing them again later today so will get a picture as it isnt too bad at the minute. I do have a massive scuff on the right boot though, no matter how hard to scrubbed it just wouldnt come off. Sports direct are doing them for a really good price actually, just looked on the website. Im not a massive fan of the white/blue but i dont even think mud would come off them very well, i think they'd still leave a mark from where you constantly kicked the ball ie) where your big toe is. appleCORR
I had a look at some today in Sports Direct. I must say in the hand, the material is really odd and just seems off. But once I tried them on I was really surprised with how they felt. A massive improvement from the Vapor VII. In fact I may sell my Black/Orange Micoach's
Here is a photo after one wear on turf : Its just the typical black like dirt you get off turf but on most boots it usually scrubs off because the surface is shiney. But because of the suede type upper on the boot it just sort of sticks to it. Its nothing too bad, but its annoying as i know it will get worse with more wear. appleCORR
Just got my Vapor VIII's last night. I decided to get a half size down after trying them on. I usually wear an 8 in Nike but got a 7.5. They're snug but not too tight.
They are really comfortable, intact I was surprised just how comfy they were. They are light but haven't lost the comfort like the adizeros. Touch is really nice the upper is so thin, you can feel everything, sadly that probably means it would kill if you got studded. I have noticed that the upper does give quite a lot with wear so some of ou may want to go down half a size as above. appleCORR
Ya, the owner and I were talking about how soft they are and how they have to have some give being that soft. Especially compared to the superfly.
The give in the upper reminds me of the last adizeros your heel is supported but the toe area stretches quite a bit. appleCORR
I was wondering how they feel compared to the vapor 3. wore them today but i got bad blisters on my heel. UK8.5 in adipower = perfect but UK9 in the vapor was a bit tight round the heel any thoughts on the vapor 8, or is it a thing you just have to try for yourself?
Your pictures make me worry about durability. Nike is really good with returns, but I have already sent two back so I will stay away until more news...
anybody know of any promotional codes/discounts for nike id? probably isn't any but thought i would ask before i order tomorrow. thanks
V They seem well made, obviously I've only worn them twice, just wish the coating on the upper was different. appleCORR
Just played my first match in the new vapors. I practically wore them out of the box. Very comfortable, no broken toe nails, and no rips. The sides of the boots are very thin and I was worried about them but so far so good.
