Is it true that the more often you strech, the more flexible you will be? I am not flexible at all and I was wondering if streching twice a day will help....
You could also try Yoga. The stretching exercises are great for developing flexibility in the lower body
it will be best if you dont stretch while you are 'cold'. you should do a light warm up and get a sweat going. it will let you stretch further.
any tips on how to become more flexable . i am pretty flexable now but some one said it can increase speed ( also pretty fast lol) ..so besides stretching , yoga what can i do.
