They have plans for a good small stadium. With the demographic there I think SA is a good soccer market. I even think an MLS team would do very well there if they could get an investor (group) that came to the table with the franchise fee and the plan for a SSS. I think they would have very, very good attenance. Good gawd reading the link above Hitch is the greatest thing ever for American soccer and FCD! Quite a few of those tickets and sell-outs they claim those FCD fans must have been wearing stadium seat costumes..... Hope we can play some friendly scrimmages vs. the Scorpions in the future....

Re: FCD where are they now: Hitch If their enthusiasm for the women's game in Frisco last Saturday is something to go by, then there is reason for optimism. The Crocketteers (Scorpions supporters group) sent a full bus up from San Antonio for the game. Those were the guys standing in 114.
