Not sure he does, really. I would have collapsed in a puddle of tears at that Suarez kick.

    My thoughts on this game:
    1) Suarez is a dirty cnut
    2) So is Liverpool in general, and their fans in particular
    3) Scott Parker is a beast
    4) Edgar Dogvids would kick that cat's ass
    5) That sound you hear? Danny Blanchflower rolling in his grave... "...not waiting for them to die of boredom" and all that
    6) Still, I'll take the point and be happy about it

The game was as much about preventing them winning, as anything. Especially at Klanfield. Job done.

They stopped us from scoring, first time in 23 games. Fair enough. Or did we stop ourselves? With all the absences, I'm happy with a point.

Echoing almost everyone else on here, satisfied given our injuries (and their returning players). Do think we should have won it at the death with Gareth's chance, but I won't complain about a draw in such a tough away game.

I am not the only one who felt this way, yes 'pool is hot but I still think if ( we ) were more attacking, we take all 3. But Point well earned and Bale cannot be sold. Sorry, I didn't real others' posts but I agree with other well earned point and Klanfield, I like this... is shit because they are dirty there. Being black, I have never heard so many chants ever.

So the kick in Parker's chest was fair play?

    Typical 'pool drivel.

Good luck against ManU. Have Suarez take a kick or two against Rooney.

There is no doubt Sandro is a level above him, but Livermore had a decent game today and now looks well worth his 5 year contract. Keeps it simple on the ball, tracks the runners and stays disciplined. Harry and the coaches have done a great job making a Prem level player out of someone who could easily have been released.

Rednecks? We aren't the racists, Suarez is.

That'll be all, by the way. If your next post isn't to talk about the game specifically in a respectful tone, it'll be deleted.

Sh*t, hadn't seen the replays. Horrendous! Completely intentional! Liverpool was trying to injure Parker.

Other than that, strangely satisfying draw... onto Newcastle this weekend.

Wow. You just totally turned my opinion of Liverpool fans upside down. Here's me thinking that they'd be rude, immature, overconfident, have an inflated sense of self-worth, and throw around ethno-cultural epithets in an abusive manner... but here you come! Such a delight to read your post. You, sir, are a scholar and a gentleman. A true credit to Liverpool fans everywhere. Bravo.

Yes, should have been sent off. I didn't think so at the time. I watched the game and the announcers tried to make it sound like he was 'going for the ball', etc. But, seeing this it is clear, Suarez shoves Parker away to be in prime position for kicking in the gut. If Parker doesn't have a bruised spleen or liver, it's a freaking miracle. It was cynical and deserved red.

I don't have much to say. Frustrating match. Filthy, per usual by that trash. Still 11 points on top of 'em.

I hope the ********ers lose to Cardiff in the final.

It's a wonder Scott Parker survived this game.
