It's obviously pronounced "say-koh", but if the "ei" was pronounced Deutsch-style, it would sound like "Psycho." Just sayin'.

A source close to the team says this is the new 2012 jersey.

That's indicative of them changing sponsors, IMO. They did that last time when they went to new away jerseys. Hmm. Wonder if it means curtains for Herbalife.

 

na they always have them but its easier to find at the end of the year when they get closeouts and stuff that dont sell in stores

If the chicken logo somehow triggers a subconscious, unexplainable desire in the defense to allow no goals against them, I am perfectly happy sporting a chicken on the front of my jersey .

 

I'm hoping we just see a clean white jersey with blue stripes and thats it. Perhaps dark blue shorts as well. Tottenham's kits look soo clean and sharp this year I think it would look great for us, even with white shorts.

 

Since Beckham is more or less coming back, hopefully this means that a jersey sponsor can be finalized and we can see what the 2012 jersey looks like soon!

 

I have a feeling that contract talks with him are gonna take a little while. Beckham wants guarantee's in place that he can play for team GB this summer and the Galaxy probably wanna pay him a little less. Perhaps they might even figure out a compensation for him that would allow him to play as a non-DP, making the cast of players around him even better. INSANELY doubtful but who knows. 4th american dp slot would be nice though, allowing mls teams to keep their top american talent.

I really wouldnt mind if we kept Herbalife as our sponsor, I really like that sleazy commercial with the girl in the White Bathing suit stepping out of a pool with that even sleazier blues music..... am I alone on that one?

No it's not. That SJ kit is their new kit. Only ones I can see missing are Chicago's new kit with their new sponsor and our new kit.
