I was living in Houston right after the Dynamo won the Cup in 2006 and there was a free soccer magazine (newspaper) at the time time that ran a comic/cartoon team photo of the team. It was awesome. Anyone know if a digital version of that team photo exist?

Looks like they don't exist anymore. At least on the web. Does the magazine still show up in Houston?

I hate to ask again, but I've done tons of searching for Kick-off magazine and can find no contact info, no archives of there existence. Only thing I could find was a tiny version of the picture below. Which I would love to see a big version of as well.

Anyway if anyone has a copy of those old Kick-off Magazines with the Caricature team "photo" please let me know. I'd like to get a scan/copy of it. It would be shame for those to fall out of existence for historical reasons.

Got the 06 team one and I'll post a pic in the next few days. My youngest son is recovering from his latest open chest surgery and its been a little crazy here.

Thank you all. Ev is recently turned 14 and some of you may remember he ended up in a wheelchair for many months from a horrible tackle the week before his 10th birthday. It took 2 years of surgery and rehab for him to finally be free of the wheelchair, the walker, the leg brace...He had one year back to play and then was diagnosed with the syndrome he is currently fighting. First open chest surgery was Jan of 2011, Follow up Sept 2011 and latest Dec 2011. We find out Friday when his next surgery will be and hopefully that will be the final one.

Just a small little brag. He was chosen for Pre USSF before this happened and he plans to return to playing as soon as his health allows.

I'll get the comic up sometime tomorrow. And prayers for my son are appreciated.
