I forget where I read a thread that talked about our songs. People were brainstorming on how we could get the fans not sitting in the supporter section to get more involved. It just occurred to me that we should have some songs or chants that everyone knows. Like stomping our feet twice, clapping our hands twice and doing the We will, we will rock you thing from Queen. Also, the We are the Red Bulls, Mighty mighty Red Bulls... . These might seem lame to us, but at least everybody knows these things and it might get people doing them, then who knows, maybe more people will follow along with other cheers too.
Try this one: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-54wAE7nJI&feature=related"]Mighty Ween[/ame] Everyone loves Ween (especially the ladies)
I agree completely. I think "Everywhere We Go," while not the most creative song we have in the arsenal has two things going for it: (1) it is one of our first songs and (2) it does reverberate very well throughout the stadium.
I've always been a fan of Three Little Birds personally. Simple and clean lyrics. And let's face it, we Red Bulls fans could use a reminder of everything being alright. Please tell me we do the thierry Henry repeat chant! It's simple yet cathcy and classy. http://184.106.112.186/football-songs/arsenal-chants/thierry-henry/
With the recent (incurable) rash of signings from Scandinavian lands, this song seems like a given, especially for the Viking Army: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nBmueYJ0VhA"]Immigrant Song[/ame] We come from the land of the ice and snow, From the midnight sun where the hot springs flow. The hammer of the gods will drive our team to new lands, To fight the horde, singing and crying: Valhalla, I am coming!
