Shut up! That is so cool. I'm speechless. I still remember one of the first KK chats when she called him pookie and were all like Holy effing crap they got married. I guess I have missed a lot. Serves me right for abandoning the KK. Tell em I said congrats!!
I'm over here, under this rock, trying to dig my way out from under life. I took a bigsoccer break due to family member illness (cancer? it sucks @ss) and crazy work that very much limited my online time. A friend who knows I'm soccer crazy sent me a link to one of the articles on wps yesterday and asked my opinion. I realized I had no idea what was going on and best get butt back over here today. You know things are bad for me when I can't offer an opinion on women's soccer related stuff....
Yeah, I know what you mean. We had layoffs at work about a month ago, and as a result, I lost one person (I only had 4 besides myself), and because everyone still has so. much. damn. vacation. left., it means I'm working a good 60 hours a week. It'll get better once the new year rolls around and we can sit down and better prepare the schedule. The guy that was let go didn't have any vacation time. Everyone else did. :sigh: God to hear from you though!
December 8, 2004. THE MOMENT I fell in love (in a big sister kind of way) with HAO. The kid cried when she got subbed in. Seriously cried. Love that kid something fierce.
It was at the B&N across from Mrs CA's job. Stopped in and talked with her for a bit (and bought some tea). Summary: The Cheno is a-freakin-dorable! Wasn't able to get a pic with her but I did circle back after talking with Mrs. CA and took some pics of her. Here's my fave pic of those I took:
Nice. I would have certainly stopped by if I had known. Oh well... next time. I'm glad you were able to see Mrs. CA. That always brightens her day.
I didn't know until that morning when one of my buddies mentioned it. It was a last minute plan thing. LOL I love pestering her at work too! I always try to help by buying some tea too! The two she helped me pick yesterday totally rocked this morning! Nom. Nom. She's my tea sensei now.
That's too cool. She's WAY too adorable. I just wanna give her a big ol' hug and bake a pecan pie with her or something. For once, in my twisted and perverted life, there are no euphemisms here. ********. I know, right? Hell hath gotten chilly tonight.
peeks in Anyone here? Just an fyi, when you work with someone that also lives in the same place you do, it can get odd. Not ness. bad. Just odd. And Happy New Year, everyone.
Heh. That's literally the best pic I took in Phoenix. She was less than 10 feet away for most of the open practice. It was awesome.
