The first two were both dismissed for "lack of evidence." I'm sorry but after awhile there's enough of a pattern that the whole "lack of evidence" excuse doesn't hold weight anymore.

Apparently he was the only runner in the whole race who ran the second half of the marathon faster than he ran the first half... didn't think it would make people suspicious apparently.
