The Torrance Marriot is right where the F tear drop is, all the red dots are bars or restaurants are. The stadium is 7 mies to the west

Home Depot Center is East of the Torrance Marriot.

7 miles to West of the Marriott is out in the Pacific.

It says "supporters" but the 900 are gone.

I ran into a Dynamo ticket rep this afternoon after work. He said that the original allotment sold out and then they pried a few more out of LAG. Those additional ones also sold out. He did add that they caught a few obvious ticket brokers buying tickets, voided the sales, and re-released the tickets. That was good to hear.

My bad , I meant to say it the other way, because I realize the enviromentalist wouldn't let us play in the Pacific

While I'm guessing the brokers may have got some their info from the facebook page or bigsoccer (dumb idea for people to be asking in these public forums to post the links)... if it turns out that they infiltrated the TA or EB forums to get the info I'll be rather angry.

I need hotel recommendations. The only other two places I am going to be in LA are LAX and the HDC. I need a hotel close to both, not too shady, and preferably a hotel with other Dynamo fans.

One of my favorite moments in DC for MLS Cup 2007 was when you handed me one of those ear tags. :)

Anyone rolling up in a rental van or interested in doing so? Trying to get a group together to split costs. Or if someone has room for two more heads willing to split costs, message me.

two views of the away supporters section from the infamous power outage playoff game in nov. '09. from r to l: brentmcd, shandyman, jesse from sd.

re: food. the last few times we've gone up to the HDC, we grabbed dinner pre-game at a Chili's about a mile south of the stadium. not many other good restaurant choices in the immediate vicinity. or not that we've found anyway. maybe chow down nearby your hotel before heading over to the game....
