I just finished a trial month on it... and yeah I was pretty happy with it, but I wouldn't pay the $160 for a year as it really only covers EPL and UEFA games (no MLS, Bundesliga, La Liga and only scattered Serie A/Ligue1 games).

Why is this in MLS: General?

As a sidenote - most Manchester United games are aired on FSC anyway, so I'm not sure why you'd bother with foxsoccer.tv just for that.

Not best pleased when I tried it a few months ago. Quality was worse than non-traditional sources and there were constant buffering problems. I have a 30Mbps cable connection and a 2.8ghz i7 with 16GB or RAM and 512MB of VRAM so it’s unlikely a problem on my end. I tried 3 or 4 games and each time went and found an alternative source.

Odd. I had no buffering issues on only a 10 meg pipe.

At any rate - they have a test stream you can use so you can see what it would be like wherever you would be accessing it.

I get it because I want to watch Sunderland every week, and aside from a couple weeks where the live feeds were down, its worth the price. But as somebody else noted, Manchester United is on FSC or ESPN2 just about every week, so you wouldn't get as much out of it.

My biggest complaint would be that I will occasionally watch the English Championship games on there, and they've gone incredibly cheap on the feed - providing absolutely no graphics, and having one stock behind-the-goal camera for pre-match and post-match. There's times when the announcer is referring to a graphic (such as the lineups) and it isn't there on the feed we're getting. Setanta used to provide all of that.

I have it, and use it to (re)stream games not televised in US/Canada.
As I have 14 DirecTV receivers and 2 Bell ExpressVu :)

If anyone is interested in watching Bundesliga, Serie A, and tons of EPL, can send me a PM for a free account on my site.
(Just need a username you want & email.)

Pretty much stream every EPL match & Bundesliga 1+2 with Konferenz.

As another guy pointed out, they had a mess-up the first few weeks of PL season that affected some people (including myself), streams wouldnt load.

But has been fixed, and works alright.

    Cheers.

I'm a United fan and I pay for it even though their matches are never shown live on foxsoccer.tv. If you don't mind imposing a media back out on yourself until 11:59 the evening of a match you'll be ok. 5pm for champions league matches which works out ok because that's when I get home from work. The quality for me is excellent but I have a 50mb cable account. I'll be watching the derby on a shi$$y stream tomorrow morning because I can't wait until tomorrow night. My freakin cable provider services 4 states, MD, PA, WV, and OH. They have FSC in all areas except for my little area in MD. I honestly don't know how they get away with it.

Interesting tweet from John Ourand from SBJ:
I couldn't find any details of this deal but I'm assuming that it was something similar to how ESPN3 works. Wonder if a setup like this might be in foxsoccer.tv's future.
