I'm glad Xango front has changed, I agree that it looks a bit bland. Since they lost the leaf the Gal's Herbalife logo looks a bit bland as well. I hope they (RSL) bring back the navy shorts (and actual navy sleeves) but that's just me, I'm not a RSL fan so they may feel different about the subject.

I know Chivas USA will be getting a new home kit, I'm pretty sure it's going to have red and white stripes with red sleeves. :D

As far as other teams I think the Galaxy are due for a new home kit, I think Colorado is due for at least new home duds (not sure though, Rapids fans is this correct?) I think the Crew should be replacing both home and away. And a side note I'll be glad to see the Revs replace their current kits, I just don't like them. Does anyone know if Portland and the 'Caps will follow the trend of replacing their inaugural season duds or not?

Is there anyone out there with a comprehensive list of MLS teams getting new kits next year?

I believe every club "updates" their kits every other year.(in theory) We just need to find out who got new kits in 2010.

It's not that difficult to go figure out on your own.
Kits typically last 2 years (unless stated otherwise) and most clubs replace their 1st and 2nd kits at the same time.

3rd kits are a bit different as they obviously aren't worn as much, and tend to come in the off years of the rotation.

Whoever didn't get new kits this year (which is a large amount of the league) will be getting new ones in 2012. At least that is what I'm lead to believe. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong

No, we got new kits this year. The only change for next year will be adding the star above the badge.

I think next year (2012) is the last year of LA's Herbalife deal, can anyone conform that?

Union got "new" home (navy blue) and away (gold/khaki) kits in 2010. Union got a third/alternate kit in 2011 (the all-whites unveiled at home opener versus Vancouver). The Union has yet to wear their away kits - i.e. the "all nudes" - in regular season play this year; reserves have worn it once or twice this year, but only because they're not given the option to wear the white third kit.

Rumor has it that, since its 2-year cycle is coming to an end, the gold/khaki away will be going away, to be replaced with a signal blue/yellow design similar to the home shirt/Philadelphia city flag. It's the same light blue color that's already in the piping on the home shirt and in the team logo behind the shield element.

I will not conform to that.

But I will confirm (;)) that I'm pretty sure this is the last year for Herbalife... that is, unless they extend their partnership.

Red Bulls got a new away kit this year, but the home kit was new in 2010. So i'm not sure if that means a new home kit next year or what.

Normally yes, that means a new home kit this year. Some teams are on staggered schedule (a new kit every year alternating home/away). NY is one of them.

NY will have a new home jersey next year. In fact there was a promotional where if folks bought tickets in certain sections, they would receive the home jersey.

A lot of people took advantage of the offer. It's like you were getting the jersey for $20.

Excatly. Free jersey giveaways pretty much confirms new kit in 2012.

Quakes should also be due for some new duds. Hopefully the long desired return of blue as the primary will finally happen with black relegated to third kit if they insist they keep it.

Amway sponsorship expires this year too. It will be good to get that off our chests.

If they do I hope it's under their "Nutrilite" brand rather than the far too tainted general "Amway" brand.

Hopefully the blue jersey with black shorts and blue socks, just as during the team's Golden Age.

Are people still having fits over the 1979 pyramid scheme accusations? Because that was over three decades ago. Or are people concerned about their more recent republican political donations?

any shirt sponsorship is a good sponsorship...especially if you lack any type of quality like San Jose. The A's of MLS but way worse. All the Earthquakes are to Wolff is a pawn in a chess game.
