Go ahead, Seagorves. Life was good when you had that red card. Die screaming, pig spawn.

This is a huge game. Not only the final of the Brimstone Cup, the original rivalry, the basis of all others, the only one made on the field, not the highway. The two for one special got change for a quarter crack whores have to be confident going into this one.'

Who could blame them? FCD staggers into this game, and it only takes one goal to beat them. Bus Coach, of course, does nothing. His offense cannot score, his defense cannot keep a clean sheet, his team cannot win. Bus Coach has no idea what to do, but he can keep smiling. He is Bus Coach for life.

It is possible, by some act of Willow Rosenberg, that the team gets a draw and keep the Cup. Not really likely, though. So get on the bus. The bandwagon keys are looking awfully tempting right now.

    Dead but dreaming,
    Scipio Diabolus,
    vox fatum.

    Contra.

Women are made to be loved, not understood.

This Chicago team ... in the playoffs? Come on, Garber. What will the neighboring leagues think? Let's go back to 8 teams before something happens we'll all regret.

I knew Dallas could do it. All we needed was patience.

What's the deal with Dallas and botched second yellow cards?

Didn't see two yellows, just the one. People are making up a controversy.

Just watched the highlights and I feel like I can breathe a sigh of relief. We looked dangerous all game and shut down Chicago thoroughly. The only alarming thing is that we didn't win 5-1 with all the missed chances. Make no mistake, Chicago is nothing special but they have been on a tear lately in the league. Baby steps.

Last 3 games before the playoffs...

    vs Vancouver
    vs Toronto [CCL]
    @ San Jose

All of those should be wins.

    Same old Brimstone, Dallas winning.

    Ten straight.

Couldn't come at a better time.

Mad props to the four or five that had the Brimstone over in the corner. I made it to the game and saw you guys too late to make it around the whole stadium to say hello.

An AWESOME win in Toyota, and Castillo just looked like a man on fire last night, really torching the Fire's right back over and over. Great skill on the ball that I'd never really gotten to see up close, it was beautiful.

Not people, just the announcers for the FCD telecast. They said that Gibbs already had a yellow when he received a yellow in 82nd minute.

With a less than impartial Whitfield on the telecast, it was hardly an FCD telecast.

There was never a first yellow for Gibbs no matter how much there should have been.

It was one of those shared telecasts that we've had a few times this year. I think we've done it with our games against RSL as well.

10 years in a row. dang.

It has been a while since I have seen Dallas play with that kind of speed and passing and offense. It was nice to see it back.

fun to watch that attack hit that extra gear...how cool of an offensive (and likely horrible defensive lineup) would this be?

    Jackson-Castillo
    Shea-DF--Chavez
    -----DH--------

I wonder if this is our 4-4-2 of the future (until Castillo slides into Brek's spot and Luna moves up top with Jax along with Hernandez role getting passed down).

Where are you putting Jacobson in that lineup? He's clearly one of our more solid midfielders.

I liked it...more broadcasters equals less opportunity for Jolly to bungle up his words

Great and much needed win last night! I was flipping back and forth during the commercial of the Ranger game but from the moments I witnessed, we were dominating the game. That free kick in stoppage time outside our box spooked me a little but I'm glad it all worked out. Hopefully these guys have started to turn the corner!

    See yall Saturday.

Did I miss something, or was Castillo the only one without a serious threat on net? And while I liked that Jackson scored, the keeper blew a fairly simple save.

Apart from the nice Cruz score, this team's still pretty far off in clinical finishing. And AJ's defense on the Fire goal... I'm still very concerned this close to the playoffs.

My sadness about the loss, the failure to free the Brimstone, the failure to free my team from the clutches of a moron manager and a cheap-ass owner is nothing compared to the sadness that your team's plane didn't slam into the governor's mansion and rid this country of Governor Jethro.

    Go eff yourselves.

Mod note: Enjoy the infraction, friend.

Howdy to you too. While I don't want you to beat us it would make the Brimstone Cup a little more interesting if you managed it occasionally.

Love you too, keep PHP North clean for us. As for the Governor, his mansion already burned down a few years back. Plus, you won't have to worry about that nit wit for long. He keeps talking and digging himself a bigger hole to fall in.
