I love the enthusiasm, but you might not want to more or less reveal the result.

Heck, sid will probably yellow card you now just because the US won.

I've been thinking about it, and we should fire Bruce anyway. Good call on that one JLG, I bet it was the pressure of his job on the line that made him win this game.

    You big dummy.

U.S flat out dominated this game. I guess most people can stop complaining when Arena calls up a MLS based squad.

I also believe Donovan has found a new role in the midfield....

    GO USA!

The US dominated mexs for long periods of the game without our euro. players and that's a fact. One observation that someone please explain to me. Why are Mexican-Americans more mexican than American? I'd bet that the vast majority live here in this country and hold American citizenship but you see the crowd and they are wearing the wrong shirt. Why?
Perhaps this community does not apprciate all that this country has allowed them gain. Sad.

hey, they lived in mexico before they lived here. they are true to their team. if you moved down to mexico would you be expected to switch alleigences to support the mexican team?

funny. telling everyone the score of a game gets you a yellow card, but racism is greeted with nothing? nice.

Exactly! - Why is this stuff not purged by the mod

I read these posts to hear how we did in a soccer game since cant see it in Australia - get this other ******** off the boards. Dont need simple minded crap from the racist idiots in the US who cant get their heads out of their asses.

Geez, have some patience. It's not like the mods are paid to be here fulltime.

Also, have you reported the post? That's step one if you don't like something. Click the exclamation point.

Yeah, the U.S. outplayed Mexico for the most part, but I sure was nervous on the almost PK. Did anyone notice Jonny fooling around with the ball from time to time-definitely a different kind of keeper than we're used to seeing. I 'd bet he'd be a lot of fun to hang out with, with his travels and all.

This game was, by far, the best the US Nats have played in the past few years - including against Germany in WC '02 - my opinion. They played very well together, strung passes together, created chances together, etc., etc., etc. VERY entertaining - even if we hadn't scored.

Also, this Mexican goalkeeper has to be one of the best GKs in the world. He was phenomenal against Costa Rica, and he was really fantastic tonight.

    Any thoughts?
