Romo is the guy that plays great, but when the pressure is on late in a game transforms into an turnover making machine.
I think that's probably giving a little too much credit to Sanchez. The Jets are a good enough team to overcome his mistakes, while the Cowboys need Romo to be perfect to have a chance.
I agree. The Jets defense is what keeps them in games. Sanchez just needs to control the game and keep his turnovers down. Dallas on the other hand doesn't have the same defense as the Jets and they need Romo to make things happen in order to win games. I hate Dallas with a passion but I will say that Romo is not overrated. He defiantly is a very talented QB and just needs to get over that final hump which is finishing games off.
A little OT but can someone please tell Len Berman to kindly STFU? Damn that dude annoys the **** out of me.

Also, Romo has had the WRs to perform well. Don't be surprised if they trade up to get Luck, which I hope not because I want him in a Seattle jersey.
It's that time a year again for me to have to find a good site to stream to watch my Packers play. Anyone know the most up-to-day site? Feel free to PM me if you dont want to post it. I got a couple up but not sure if they are going to work or not.
Giving up 89 points in 2 games is a recipe to get a coach fired, especially when the two teams lighting you up are Buffalo and Detroit. I can't imagine what will happen when they play Green Bay. They've lost 8 straight games between the end of last season, the playoffs, the preseason, and now.
Detroit I was expecting, but Buffalo surprised me. the Raiders are a bit of a surprise too, although I did pick them to lose to Buffalo - West coast teams never do well going East.
I picked Detroit to win, but not to blow them out of the water. Buffalo is for real, but they play in such a tough division that they'll have to go 2-2 against the Jets and Patriots just to have a hope of making the playoffs. Oakland has no pass defense to speak of, and losing Asomugha makes them worse. Their offense is pretty good though, especially their running game.
Losing Charles is devastating. Pats still look as strong as ever. Predictable bounce back for the Steelers while the Ravens wasted any momentum they could've had from their awesome week 1 win. So how's Luke McCown working out for you, Jaguars? No one can shit on Cutler because he has to play with that awful o-line in front of him. Vick is so fragile and that is gonna have a huge impact on Philly's season.
Am I watching the Rams or the Oklahoma Sooners? Giants turn to soccer flopping to stop the fastbreak Bradford offense.

I'm really tired of watching the Jets' impotent offense. Sanchez is now a 3rd-year NFL starting QB, and either Brian Schottenheimer is just a really terrible, too conservative play caller, or he's seeing something in Sanchez is practice that is making him distrust Sanchez to make anything more than a 5-yard dump-off pass until it's absolutely necessary - usually late in the game, when we're down by a couple of scores. the funny thing is, when Sanchez does go down the field, he seems to be pretty accurate too. so what the hell is going on?? I'm tired of having to try to make a 4th quarter come-back virtually every game, because of Schotty's overly conservative play calling - which enables the defense not only to stop the passing game, but stuff the run as well, as we don't use the passing game to stretch the field.
Time to put up or shut up for the Redskins tonight. They say they're going to do this and do that, it's a new team with new swag. Hey! You guys beat the CowPokes on Monday Night Football in their crib and I'll believe you. 3 -0 in the NFC East would be huge.
Jet fans should be more worried about that overrated defense. Still no pass rush and the LB's can't cover anybody. That D does not look as good as Rex makes them out to be. I think the offense's biggest problem is the o-line. Mangold is a huge loss and that Wayne Hunter just stinks at RT. Also is Shonne Greene ever going to run for over 100 yds in a game and be consistent?? I personally don't like the Jets chances this year. The only good thing is that the AFC looks like it will defiantly be up for grabs and no team is going to run away with it. I don't see any team getting to 13 wins this year. I mean Oakland, Buffalo and Tenn are the best teams in the AFC right now. LOL
I don't like the Jets chances either - especially if they don't open up the offense a little - whether it's because of Sanchez or Schottenheimer. the defense was never good as they seemed. they play the run pretty well, but have a tendency to give up the big play on the ground. and Cromartie can't cover anyone without holding him. in the past, the only way they could generate any pressure on the QB was by blitzing - which they did often because of Revis and their fairly solid secondary. but they don't have much of a pass rush.
Sanchez's play has been really frustrating and Schottenheimer's game planning is awful as well. The Jets always start out slow. And he didn't make any adjustments either. Raiders made plenty of adjustments at half time and owned him there. It seems the only time the Jets have success moving the ball is when they deviate from the game plan. The sloppy offense plus Cromartie's mistake cost them the game.
