Para los que viven en USA, el partido va en vivo por el canal frances(TV5 monde) a las 2 55 hora del este. Por suerte tengo ese canal en mi casa aunque me voy a tener que "mamar" los comentarios en frances.

Any idea on the probable lineup for this game?

Great warm ups before we face Argentina to start the WCQ the gap I am still pondering is who will be playing the 10 position and the back line of 3, Carlos Labrin should have been called up for this game.

Mago wanna be Jimenez cannot do it as a 10 to create plays for the forwards, Borghi does not seem to want Valdivia in for 90 mins the time is now for Borghi to play Valdivia as is. The ideal mid imo for this game would have to be Medal-Vidal as DM and Isla-Valdivia-Bose. The players that Borghi has selected is not a bad bunch of players but Carlos Labrin should have been called up for Defense too many midfield players called up. Carmona's time is up. I would like to see what Nicolas Cordova has to offer if he gets the chance to get in the game and same goes with Seymour.

Forwards I would not be surprise as I read here that Sanchez is not playing as Barca season is about to start and this game is only a friendly, but why would he miss Barca's first training session to be with the national team and not play to stay game shape fit? If he does play he would not play the entire game I believe and would have to be subbed for Rubio who has been doing quite well and should be part of the 2014 WCQ. Pinilla going with the team although injuried is a good jester on his part to show support for the team as Borghi allowed him. Sauzo should the get the start if not injuried still and Orellana may get in as a sub for him. Paredes not called up is surprising to me but him playing as a 10 for colo is still be seen and I hope he does well because we need a back up in that slot.

Why in the world is Carmona's time "up"? He at the very least should be in the bench, if not a fit starter. He has been in general our best center midfield in the last couple of years. He has even performed better than Vidal and Medel in that position.

Ahora bien, veo poco probable que Borghi utilice a Medel de stopper pero soñar no cuesta nada.

A mi me sorprende que prueba tipos como Acevedo, y no prueba a Labrin. La defensa es mayor preocupacion que el mediocampo, mas aun pensando que este es joven.

Me hubiese gustado que Cordovia tuviera una oportunidad, pero hace mucho. Ya paso su tiempo, el tipo tiene mas de 30.

With Ponce and Carmona coming off the bench to defend a lead it is fine but for them to be in the starting line up now thats a problem when you start losing 1-0 in the first half like against venezuela changes need to happen....nobody's ego is going to get hurt like if Valdivia gets the start then flops terribly like how Jimenez did make the change no matter how early to get back in the game. Everyone on the team knows how a team is suppose to work together. Ponce and Carmona would still have to be in the WCQ2014 team but not in my starting lineup.

Players like Rodrigo Millar need to make way for Cordova he has long awaited his call up now that Valdes is not selected currently either.

Ponce is our best defender. He is and should be a starter. Imo Carmona is more than good enough to be a stater. It all depends where Vidal and Medel play, since they should also be starters. At least its a good problem to have.

Yo haría los siguientes cambios:

-Bravo -> Pinto
-Jara -> Medel (stopper)
-Carmona -> Medel (mediocampo)
-Sánchez -> Orellana

El resto no me parece para nada mal, y además no hay mayores alternativas.

Y dale Borghi con que las gallinas méan. ¿Cuantas veces tenemos que perder el partido a causa de Bravo para que probemos otro arquero?

Coincido que el resto parece una buena alineación. Una lastima que Evra esté lesionado.

Ojala que le vaya bien a Rubio. Tuve el honor de ir a la escuela de fútbol suya (y del "Chano" Garrido ). Hugo Rubio fue un gran jugador y ojala que su hijo llegue sobrepasar los niveles de su padre.

No se como le irá a Valdivia jugando desde el principio, pero es buena oportunidad para probar si le puede ir bien.

There is not enough time to see other players with 2 months away from playing in the 2014WCQ we should see Pinto in action find another combination of a back 3 with Vidal at the back its a start, look for Bose's backup where and why is Drougett or M.Gonzales not selected, Valdivia is a starter for a change but this is a friendly nothing really at sake here but he did well with Jimenez and now has Rubio to feed for goals. It is a little mixed but his lineup looks like what he should have did in the Copa America at the very least and now will need to show it against France.

Por cada partido que Bravo comete un error fatal, te puedo nombrar 5 en que nos ha salvado. Bravo sigue siendo nuestro mejor arquero, aunque Pinto no esta tan lejos de el. Habla bien de la roja.

De acuerdo pero considerando que es un amistoso y que el nivel reciente (Copa América) de Bravo no fue el esperado, no veo porque Pinto no debería jugar.
