    Hmm, no matchday thread.

If anyone finds a good English stream please let us know.

I figure the game will start 11:20 or 11:30 ET. The NYRB-PSG match ended just before 11:00. Not a great match but guess who won?! ;)

This'll be a fun warmup to the Johan Cruijff Schaal. Stoked to see Gervinho in action.

We're talking about tomorrow's match, right? As far as I know today's is only on ESPN3 here in the states.

The pre-game show on ESPN is playing the club up like some kind of Greek tragedy.

Seriously, can the media find a new story line here? It's getting exhausting.

Apparently this will 'finally' be the year the 'experts' predict Arsenal will drop out of the top 4....

It's like Bill Murray in Groundhog Day...

Kos looks to be stronger this year. He appears to have gained some weight during the off season!

No, they are not. They are world class soccer players.

With that said, I had a couple of smokers on my team in college, and they made it by. THey did seem to be tired, but they made it through the games okay. Personally, I just couldn't do it.

We seriously need to do something about our free kick situations. We suck at them.

I have to disagree, the amount of distance running and stamina they can keep up make them world class athletes

its not for everyone, but a lot of athletes smoke and get through it with no real issues. Just not ordinary people.

They average about five to six miles a game. Hardly an athletic achievement.
