did not see this posted i was just looking at what is on espn 3 in the coming days and i sew this July 30th at 2:00 pm ET Preliminary Draw For The 2014 FIFA World Cup. has this ever been shown in the USA. i dont think it has. dont know if its going to on TV but it is going to be on ESPN 3.

The preliminary draw for 1994 was shown on ESPN back in December 1991. I remember watching in on the bank of TVs at K-Mart.
I remember watching that draw too (in fact I still have a video recording of it!). Did you watch it through a shop window (I assume K-Mart is a shop selling electronic goods)? It started at 1pm NY time.
K-Mart is a store like Target - sells clothes, food etc. There no windows with TVs in them - the person watch it via row of TV's located in the electronics department. For our Canadian fans, CBC will be showing the drawing LIVE on Saturday afternoon - coverage goes from 1:30 pm ET to 4:00 pm ET. LB...
i'm really hoping that espn3 'archives' this and it sits on the site for at least a day or so. all of their soccer games are saved for awhile....maybe this will be the same. anyone have any word on that?

simple answer: south africa they dipped to #29 in 2010....they're climbing back. ...given wcq towards 2010 and s.africa....they fully deserve to be on the outside looking in at this point. this will give them a bit of time to think about what they've done. ....in addition to having 8w in their last 17 games.
