Socks look weird. And I'm assuming it's just a plain shirt? Hope so.

Okay, now those kits look pretty sweet.

I love the simplicity, especially when looking at what Jako did in Frankfurt...

Aways? That's a major change if those are the homes.

They're allegedly the new homes. But I've seen other pictures where the DB symbol is a bit further down so it's not touching the white stripe.

Any chance the German National Team will be in line for a new main trikot any time soon? I am a fan of the current black shirt and already own one, but I have not picked up the white one... yet.

puma jerseys are devoid of creativity and look so bland. a real shame, cos I love Kappa jerseys a lot.

Bullshit, I happen to have three (and after this Friday [payday!] I will have all four from 1997-02!) Wolfsburg jerseys/trikots that Puma made for them in the late-90s/early 2000's and I really like the neon green they made terrific use of in their styles, and while I'll admit (after seeing a identical style to VfL's 1998-99 jersey in a little darker green that Puma made for Werder Bremen) that they mostly are standard Puma patterns, but it was the unique use of the neon green that won me over, especially after winning the 1997-98 green "honeycomb"-patterned shirt they wore that season. I wore it this morning as I watched Wolfsburg destroy FC Koln on the road 3:0, and I will be rotating my Wolfsburg collection (seen here in this pic with a Puma 1999-2000 season jersey to soon fill the vacant spot in it) [IMG] to wear every matchday this year as I am parked in front of my PC, with my matchday breakfast of morning coffee, grilled brats, and bagels from the great folks over at Metro Bagels here in Port Townsend, although if I really wanted to complete the German theme I could always substitute hot soft pretzels for the bagels, but, I've got friends (and fans of my music) at Metro and they always look forward to seeing me come over when I do. :)

Although I have been balding and have already lost most of my hair over most of the past decade, yes! As a matter of fact it's an old-school 80s metal mullet from my ol' headbanging/moshpitting days that I have worn proudly since getting my last haircut way back in 1990, I'll probably never get another haircut now that I've lost half of not only my mullet, but my overall hair (on my head) as well. Hey, I am 45 years old, someday Cris when you turn 45 like I am now, you just might lose some too! :p

Shocking isn't it Cris? I thought so!

Thanks, and BTW, I managed to find (and purchase) a 1999-2000 Puma VfL Wolfsburg Jersey both in XL and blank in the back thanks to Google (that's how I found it) and also the fine folks over at ClassicFootballShirts.co.uk who happened to have one in stock in the specific details mentioned earlier in this post. I should be getting it in about 2 weeks (after it clears customs but that should be no problem) via Royal Mail International Signed-for, and then I only have the 2011-12 green-white home jersey (heim-trikot) left to go. :)

I will update the pic when I get the 99-00 shirt and of course everyone knows by now what the 2011-12 VfL home shirt looks like so I don't have to post it too unless you want me to.

    Love Dynamo * Hate Racism

I'm not sure if this was only a one-off, but Dynamo Dresden was emblazing a bold message against racism on their away kits in their match against Hansa Rostock. Especially considering their own fanbase and the heated derby factor: Respect! Great move by Dynamo's FO!!
